It was room with no view. Window opened in back ally where they were emptying glass bottles for recycling with regular intervals with big notices.

No front desk or staff on site. The kiosk worked to get a key for room. Only 1 elevator that does not go to 5th floor, and it was not working on checkout day. Location is great, with less than 5 minute walk to central train station and waterfront.

New hotel…comfortable and clean rooms…convenient to be able to do self check-in/out quickly and efficiently. Excellent location for walking to the main attractions. Fair prices. Absolutely recommended

My son made a mistake. He wanted to book something in The Netherlands and didn't know that Bergen also exists in Norway. A funny mistake. Now guess what, this place didn't want to refund the money. Unbelievable.
