Horrific experience at the hotel!
1. Room was dirty with hair all over bathroom and several pills on a floor near bed that my 5 year old found
2. AC did not work, windows we could not open so we were stuck for the night and hotel staff did not do anything about jt

酒店在蔚來汽車店隔壁，外面就是魚市，走到布呂根也就幾分鐘，很方便，我們房間窗外就能看到對面的地標布呂根。兩個小路口外就是停車場，車位比較多，也有很多充電車位，建議用EasyPark的app，可以設定預計停車時間，也可以隨時隨地調整。房間面積還可以，設施比較簡單，感覺女性工作人員比較多。入住當天恰逢週末，房間的推拉窗關不上，前台美女説週末維修工休息但她可以試試，結果也沒弄好，我自己搗鼓一下修好了。早餐相對比較豐盛，到點就會收餐，可能急着下班吧。我們預訂了兩晚，但第一晚是頭天自駕，沒注意把握時間就沒趕上輪渡的末班車，但是酒店不同意退第一晚的費用，那就第二天早上直接入住了。房間有沐浴露洗髮水，記得自己帶拖鞋和牙膏，淋浴間格擋比較簡單，洗澡的時候注意。

非常不滿意 酒店分兩棟樓 一棟是酒店本身 一棟是旁邊的公寓 我們定的是酒店雙人房4間 臨時給了3間公寓房 公寓進去的感覺有點怕人 沒有空調 很悶熱 酒店給的房間應該是空調一直漏水滴在枕頭上 晚上無法睡覺 位置倒是很好 早餐也還不錯 但槽點太多

酒店位置很好，後面就是去flam的碼頭，還有遊客中心，問詢和買票都很方便。魚市也在酒店後面，離布呂根及上弗洛伊山頂的纜車都很近。但酒店房間不大，空間比較擁擠。衞生程度很差，衞生狀況很糟，入住時床鋪枕頭上都有頭髮，一共住了三晚，如果説二天看上去像是打掃了（衞生間明擺着就是沒打掃），第三天簡直就是糊弄，頭天用過的擦手毛巾不帶更換的，早上出門什麼樣晚上回來還什麼樣，浴室淋浴的扳手充滿着水漬，一看就是沒打掃，就是給鋪了個床，這幾天床單都沒給換過。魔法酒店的宗旨是不是等着給施萬魔法就自動清潔了。如果對衞生要求高的話住這家酒店簡直就是災難，如果對衞生要求不高，衝著酒店的位置值得選擇。早餐不錯。
