A pleasant surprise. I was a bit nervous because I didn't have many reviews to draw on. I had to rebook my flight due to an airport strike and ended up staying at this hotel unexpectedly in Bergamo. Overall, it was excellent: clean and tidy, with a fully equipped minibar, a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish lobby and rooms, and friendly and patient staff. We loved this unexpectedly designed hotel. There's a direct bus from Bergamo Airport, and the neighborhood feels generally safe. The train station is about a five-minute walk away, making it a convenient base for getting back to downtown Milan. Overall, it was a positive experience. It's worth noting that the front desk isn't open 24 hours, so self-check-in is required for late flights. However, the process was simple and convenient, and I completed all the necessary paperwork by check-out the next day. A thumbs-up.

Bevor wir ein Hotel buchen, schauen wir uns immer die Bewertungen im Internet an und wurde hier voll überzeugt. Als wir angekommen sind, sah auf den ersten Blick alles in Ordnung aus. Überrascht wurden wir am zweiten Tag, als niemand unser Zimmer hergerichtet hat. Die Betten werden nicht gemacht, die Handtücher nicht gewaschen, Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt, Wasser nicht aufgefüllt also keinen Room Service. Das fanden wir sehr befremdlich in einem Hotel in der Preisklasse, nachdem wir gefragt haben ob wir eventuell wenigstens etwas Wasser und Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt bekommen könnten, das ginge aus Umweltschutz Gründen nicht. Deshalb können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht weiter empfehlen. Man kriegt für das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis leider deutlich (!) zu wenig.

Hotel molto comodo con parcheggio interno, camera molto bella e pulita, pur essendo molto vicino alla stazione e’ insonorizzata. Personale molto disponibile e cortese. Ottima colazione. Un piacevole soggiorno

Schon sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig !! Zimmer werden nur alle drei Tage gemacht ( aus „ecologischen„ Gründen ), es gibt nicht genügend Toilettenpapier , weder auf den Zimmern noch auf der Gästetoilette ( wahrscheinlich auch aus ecologischen Gründen ), es war sehr warm , da die AC abgeriegelt ist ( auch aus ecologischen Gründen ) . Man kann einen Parkplatz buchen im Innenhof , das sollte man aber nur machen , wenn das Auto nicht zu groß ist und man gut fahren kann . An der Freundlichkeit und dem Service kann daher noch gearbeitet werden , da die Rezeption auch nicht immer besetzt ist .

Very good and comfortable place in center point at Bergamo Very close to restaurants and stations. I will very recommend this place, The breakfast was nice and the room is well designed Bergamo is a very nice location in the way from Dolomites to Milano

Great stay at AR Suites & Art. Room spotless clean, modern and spacious, biggest TV screen I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff was really helpful. Close to city center and train station. I would definitely return to this hotel next time.
