The perfect B&B for sightseeing in Bergamo!
We visited Bergamo from Japan and stayed at BammBamm for one night.
It took about 20 minutes in total to get from Bergamo Station to BammBamm, a 15-minute bus ride and a 5-minute walk. We arrived smoothly without getting lost and had no problems.
When we arrived, the kind owner welcomed us and made us some hot tea. We were tired, so we were very grateful to be able to sit down and relax. The shared living room (photos 1 and 2) had a very calming atmosphere and made us feel like we were at home.
Incense was burning in the hallway, and the room was filled with a nice smell. The rooms were spacious, warm, and very clean! (Photo 3) There were lots of towels, some snacks and water provided. The chocolate was cute❣️(Photo 4)
The bathroom was shared. But it was locked, so we didn't have to fight with other guests. (Photos 5 and 6)
There was nice-smelling body soap and shampoo provided. The only problem was that the shower stand was broken, but this was a very minor issue. (Photo 7)
The shower had good hot water and was comfortable.
Breakfast was at 7am unless you had a special request. (Photo 8)
The amount was just right, and they made toast, sweet bread, butter and jam, yogurt, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice and hot scrambled eggs. You could choose tea or coffee to drink. It was very delicious!
The owner kept our luggage after we checked out, so we could explore Bergamo lightly before heading to the next town. It's best to collect your luggage after 14:00 when check-in begins.
We forgot to ask about WiFi because we didn't need it!
I'm sure they would have told us if we had asked, but there was no information in the room.
Overall, I highly recommend Bambum!
Thank you so much to everyone at Bambum! 🇮🇹❤️🇯🇵
