Very good location to explore Beppu. Nice rooftop pool and public onsen. Rooms were clean and relatively spacious with separate toilet and bath area. Good view too

Quite a surprise in Beppu, good locations with lots of restaurants in nearby.

About 7 mins walk from Beppu JR station. The hotel does not have its own carpark and you have to park your car by the Beppu station, which is a bit inconvenient. The 3-bed room is large and I could open 3 luggage in the room.. The hotel looks clean but somehow I find there is an unpleasant smell in both my room and the Onsen changing room.

It is the newest and modern hotel in Beppu Station Area. It just take 5mins walk to the station. The rooftop swimming pool is really nice with a good night view of Beppu, the hot springs is good too. I like the semi buffet breakfast, you can choose Japanese or western main dishes, and lots of tasty side dishes in the buffet area. Last but not least, good value for money!

A little disappointed as the tablet in the room didn’t work and as it controls everything we were pretty helpless. We were offered a change of room until much much later. Everything else was ok and the hot spring in the hotel is very good

Very comfortable hotel with superb locations. Both the public and private hot spring are excellent. Thumb up to the free flow☺️

Newly and fashion design. The bed is big and the sauna is clean. The roof top sauna is me and female bath, need to wear swimming suits.

Room is really clean and big. Nice view outside (on pretty high level so can see the city quite well). Onsen is crowded all the time but still a good experience and the night view is stunning. Staffs are very friendly and are will to help foreigner.

Short walk to Beppu station and it has its own onsen within the building, which is pretty decent! The staff also speaks good English and they have an app which allows you to charge to your room for food at restaurants outside.

Great services, very welcoming feel. Beppu is way underrated, really much better than many overrated places (feel wise)

Hotel is rather new. Room is cosy and clean. Onsen is nice and comfortable.
