預訂了兩間房間，於搜尋酒店時輸入了四位成人及一位幼兒，最後成功預訂了兩間雙人房間，並得悉該酒店歡迎小童入住，當時亦沒有註明需要其他收費，並已於特殊要求時標明了會有一名幼兒隨行，到達酒店辦理入住時才被告知小孩入住需額外收費，要求我們即場付費，本人認為收費並不合理，酒店房間並沒有額外提供任何幼兒相關的設施及用品，單純因為多了一名幼兒而要求收費，職員也沒有向我們作出合理的解釋。
酒店設計新穎，但衛生情況有待改善，很多位置有明顯的灰塵及蜘蛛網。

The hotel design is very unique, and the room planning is outstanding, offering large and comfortable spaces for both sleeping and general relaxation. The private onsen has 2 large glazed doors that open directly to the private terrace, plus a full width and height glazing, enabling the feeling of enjoying an external onsen.
The staff can communicate well in English and is very friendly and helpful.
The one observation that the hotel management can review is on the lighting in the luggage space, it is sensor operated, as one needs to organize the luggage for sometimes, the short duration of lighting on is not sufficient for the packing, please consider having the lighting be changed to manual operation. The hotel is very special, very characteristic, but more couples stay. And maybe go the stylish route, the staff are cooler, less enthusiastic. The corridors are relatively cold and dark because they are outdoors
The hot spring was good, the room was big enough, but there weren’t many facilities, there was no large public bath, so the privacy was higher and everyone hid in the room
