A perfect hotel. Very clean, sufficient carpark. Everything looks new and I particularly like the wood floor. Buffet dinner has a lot of food choices and the breakfast is very good too. See view room and the room is very big. Highly recommended and will come to stay again.

Very clean and friendly staff

The dinner was terrible. The worse dinner we have ever been served by any of the many ryokans I have been to in Japan. They served ½ kaiseki set and a buffet. The ½kaiseki set is pathetic. Very poor quality and very small quantity. It is shameful to call it kaiseki. The snow crabs in the buffet is unfit for human consumption. The breakfast was good and the rooms are big. But it cannot make up for the poor standard of the dinner and the high price of the room. Last. The yukata is of the poorest quality I have ever cone across.

The window view is excellent, ocean view. When bathing in the hot spring, it has the same great sea view. However, the air conditioner seems not cold enough. And it is not allowed to extend the check out time even I am willing to pay the extension fee.

The hotel itself is similar to Toyoko, a typical Japanese express hotel, with no room service, but clean towels are provided every day, toiletries are available on the first floor, and breakfast is paid separately for about 1,600 yen per person. I bought a sandwich at the supermarket downstairs, which was not bad. The reason for writing this review is to help everyone get to the hotel quickly. Whether you come by bus or subway, don't go to the ground. It's tiring to push the box at many traffic lights. Go to the West 1 exit of Tenjin Underground Doricho. The elevator is very hidden, in the suit shop. You can see it when you walk in. Go up to the first floor and come out of the building. Turn right facing the subway entrance, turn right at the first exit, and turn left at the parking lot entrance. It's about 3 minutes. I highly recommend it.

I brought my son here for a vacation. The infinity pool upstairs is so beautiful! Dinner and breakfast are delicious. The room is also a sea view room. I can enjoy the sea breeze on the balcony and watch the ro-ro ships leaving the port of Osaka on Beppu Bay. It's a very comfortable vacation life.

All rooms have an ocean view, so you can see the ocean from the balcony. The rooms are clean and tidy, and there are plenty of electrical outlets. The large communal bath and the open-air bath have an ocean view, so the view is really great. The breakfast doesn't have a large selection, but everything is delicious and will fill you up. This is a hotel I would definitely return to.
