There were some stains on the bed linen, but apparently it just couldn't be washed out, I found one or two. Otherwise, everything was super, clean, nice to sit and the rooms are great, the hotel grounds are pleasing to the eye, as is the location itself, the beaches are clean, there are few people, it's the best place to walk and chill, the prices are reasonable. The buffet is great, the staff is pleasant to talk to.

This is definitely one of the worst managed four star resort. The facilities are nice even though we did not use them. The rooms are ok, but not up to a four star standard. The resort is not well managed. We had the buffet breakfast in the resort- when we walked in , there used to be almost no clean tables available. After I got the table, I paid attention to the amount of the time that is needed for the staff to clean and set up the dirty table ready to use for other guests. It was never ready even after I finished my breakfast. There are many other issues in the buffet breakfast. Long queue for omelet, coffee, and the plates for fresh fruits are always empty. The poor guy who is cutting the fruits is too busy to fill in the fruit plates. I thought the fruit should be prepared and cut for the breakfast rather than prepare on the spot. There is also some billing mistake (not surprised), although it was settled later on, but I waited for at least 20 min to get the bill to be adjusted etc. overall, the price is not value for your money.

He said that he had not received any information and did not make immediate response. 2. It was our birthday and wedding anniversary. The hotel did not make any arrangements. The hotel manager only said that he had not received any information to shirk the responsibility. The responsibility is given to the third party. Fortunately, the staff at 360 Restaurant are kind and provide good service, especially Suranjith and Samira. When they learned about our birthday and wedding anniversary on the day of our stay, they specially sent us cakes and celebration surprises.
