Nous avions réservé nos chambres via une agence, mais à notre arrivée, l’hôtel Wunderbar à Bentota nous a attribué des chambres totalement différentes. Celles-ci étaient en très mauvais état : sales, délabrées, avec des taches partout, un miroir cassé grossièrement réparé, et un couloir menant aux chambres dans un état déplorable. Face à cette situation inacceptable, nous avons décidé de quitter l’hôtel, ce qui n’a pas du tout plu aux réceptionnistes. Heureusement, nous avons trouvé une alternative, mais nous déconseillons fortement cet hôtel, qui est en état de délabrement total.

What a lovely experience we've had! The reception team were really helpful, all the staff are so friendly, the rooms are really big, clean & have massive balconies & comfy four poster gigantic bed. Beautiful pool area & the food is delicious. just a short walk to the beach, where the hotel provides food & drinks service, towels, sunbeds, umbrellas & shower facilities. We shall definitely return.

В первую очередь хочу поблагодарить хозяина Wunderbar за гостеприимство. Приехали второй раз, были год назад. Поэтому чувство как будто приехал к друзьям на праздник. Самый крутой вид на океан из ресторана каждое утро во время завтрака, доступ к пляжу 24/7, красивая территория отеля с бассейном. Уютные номера. Что хочу сказать Шри-Ланка, wunderbar это уже второй дом куда ты улетаешь из зимы в лето и где тебя ждут твои друзья. Соотношение цена-качество лучше в Бентоте не найдете.

Ездили отдыхать на январские праздники с мамой. Нам очень понравился отель, не пожалели, что выбрали именно его. Отель для спокойного отдыха, дискотек там не ждите. Вежливый персонал, всегда помогут и подскажут, особая благодарность официантам, очень улыбчивые ребята, есть один русскоговорящий (немного). Убирали каждый день, полотенца чистые, кондиционер работает. Пляж находится рядом с отелем, его видно из ресторана, для начала нужно пройти через железную дорогу, там днём ездят поезда, ночью в 12 последний проезжает, так что мешать спать не будет. Сам пляж волшебный, небольшие волны и плавный заход. Спасибо за наш отдых, надеюсь вернемся еще ❤️

The hotel location is great. Property was good. Very friendly staff. Restaurant located with beachside view and ambitious. Cocktails are super perfect. Foods are delicious. Really enjoy the foods with beach view seafoods are also good. Beach is with sunbeds you can enjoy your holiday with a drink in a nice location.

Outstanding hotel with all facilities. Breakfast was fantastic. Happy to stay. Value for money. Very friendly staff. The pool is very big. Drinks and foods in the restaurant is very delicious. Highly recommend if you are wish to go to this property.
