The hotel is aware of an electrical problem that some of the units experience, but instead of having a qualified electrician rectify the issue the staff are told to flip the switch on the distribution board until the power comes back on. The staff are not trained correctly on procedures, and there was no toilet paper in the room and no hot water in the morning to shower as they "thought the gas was full." No one bothered to check. The room was not cleaned the first day as they did not have a spare key and didn't bother arranging for the key. The next day after cleaning was arranged the sliding door was left wide open. The hotel has no concern for the safety of guests. When I sent an email they let me know they will not be refunding the stay.
