Aparthotel Bcl Levante Lux

Four of us stayed in a two bedroom apartment, very clean. The staff were excellent, it's a little bit further away than we normally stay but easy walk. Very quiet area and would stay again.

We have just stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. Apartments are very modern and well equipped. Free WiFi is brilliant even reaching really well to us on the 13th floor (hotel has 14 floors altogether). Quite a few English channels on the TV (bbc 1 and 2, some kids and some film channels) the pool area is lovely, spotless everywhere you go. The staff are brilliant and the drinks and food are really good from the bar, great prices too! I’d definitely return. Oh and air con in full working order no issues at all had a fab stay. Location is great a short walk from the beach, around 20-30 min walk to the old town or 5-10 mins in a taxi roughly €7-8 in a taxi x

Beware this place has no working aircon and it's full of group bookings which is completely the opposite of the way in which the apartments are described (on TUI) We arrived on Saturday the 28th of June for 2 weeks. 2 adults and 2 kids. Soon after we arrived we went to reception to inform them the air conditioning wasn't working in the room. They told us it was being fixed and was only a temporary issue. Fast forward to Saturday the 5th of July and we still had no air-conditioning. Everyday there was some excuse. Waiting on parts, there's guys working on it etc... on Wednesday the 2nd of June we got our tui reps involved. The manager promised them it would be fixed by the following day and moved us rooms... next day still not working. Eventually on July 5th we got moved to the levante club apartments which are far superior to levante luxe imo. I would add that the manager of the levante luxe is very unapproachable amd quite aggressive in the way he deals with guests with issues. He has repeatedly lied to guests about when the aircon would be sorted and has a couldn't care less attitude. Everything just seems an inconvenience to him. On the day we left (July 12th) we spoke to levante luxe guests on the transfer bus and they confirmed there is still no working aircon. One plus is the 2 lady's that work on reception Mirabela and Andrea are both really nice, friendly and approachable. We actually felt sorry for them as they seemed to be taking alot of the slack off guests for the managers complete incompetence.

Air-conditioning is broken and has been for a few weeks. They do not tell you till you arrive and ask you if you want to try and book something else by then everything is really expensive so you have no choice absolutely boiling avoid unless you like a sauna.

Overall great experience. The staff were very friendly and the apartment is very clean. However the air con in the apartment was poor and it would be very warm at night. This impacted our sleep a lot as we found ourselves waking up several times a night. We heard other guests having issues as well. The kitchen was also closed which was disappointing

I have never in my life been treated so poorly. The manager of this hotel is AGGRESSIVE if you complain he threatened he would call the police. The staff are really nice (apart from the manager and the night staff member younger guy wears glasses) never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly, the air con doesn’t work, the staff pick and choose if they want to serve you at night, they don’t change towels or bedding. Such a lovely hotel and so clean. The air con doesn’t work. This was just hell. We didn’t book with Tui so we didn’t get any help what so ever not even a fan, due to all the commotion in the hotel and people having a melt down due to the air con not working for a week and no one alerting us. I am utterly appalled at how I and other guest were treated, we were TERRIFIED!! Crying. The worst anxiety thinking we are in another country and be arrested if we even try to complain. So crazy. Completely disappointed. This is not a family hotel. Kids can not even use a ball in the pool, no music at pool side. It’s just all absolutely appallingly bad. Disgrace
