Apartamentos la Rosita Old Town

Amazing outstandingly positioned fairly priced apartments. 2 mins from the beach and the tapas alley. 24 phone assistance. Very helpful staff. Has 3 washing machines and and an ironing board with iron. So you can wash the towels etc and your clothes. If you haven't packed enough or you want to wear an outfit more than once. Fully function kitchen. Minus oven. We easily cooked breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Went to vincents downstairs for food and drinks aswell. I would be returning as a solo guest. I brought family. I prefer a solo holiday as I love to meet new people. Really clean om arrival aswell. Big fridge and freezer (for all those ice creams). I accidentally locked myself out on my last day with key on inside. This was quickly rectified, by the caretaker/cleaner who very easily opened the door with a little tool and wiggle of the lock. It took him less than 2 minutes. The lock was not damaged and worked fine afterwards. However for this simple honest mistake, which had zero cost to the company, they have decided to keep my €200 deposit. Judging from other reviews, it would seem they are using the "returnable" deposits as an income stream and using petty excuses to keep peoples money. This is evident from other reviews where peoples money hasn't been returned. No one told me my money wasn't being returned, it was only after querying why 8 days have passed but no refund, that they informed me of this. The communication from the company is very bad and when you do get replies, they are usually very short and curt. The apartments themselves were OK. Basic, but clean and well located. Soundproofing isn't great though. But do you really want to risk staying here when they are so dishonest???

APARTMENT EIGHT. Spacious, clean, very close to everything and old town less than a minute away. Only slight niggle apartment at the front and a couple of nights it has been noisy from the bar ( Vincents) more or less, next door. Weve stayed at these apartments before and will again.

Very good appts, just arrived back from here, pillows bit hard, you have everything there for you if needed, lady very nice who helped with our door, came quickky, close to front , in old town,Vincents down from appts, lovely breakfasts .. supermarket just ober road x

Excellent location in the heart of the Oldtown and a few mins walk to the beach. Very clean, modern and well equipped. Easy access with door and key codes given before arrival. Lovely balcony and access to use the washer and dryer if needed. Would have liked a safe in the room maybe that's an addition they could make Would definitely stay again

Although this was a great apartment and we had no problems with it. We did not get our €200 deposit back. I had seen on other reviews that this had happened to other people. We were told that it had been transferred into our account when in fact it had not. Nice simple apartment but keep in mind you probably will not get your deposit back.
