The hotel is well placed for the Benidorm palace and the beach. The hotel has good facilities . There is a good choice for breakfast. There was entertainment in the evening. Although it is only about 100m form the road it is very quiet.

ATTENTION TRIPADVISOR THIS IS NOT AI!!!! The following is a true reflection of my recent holiday to Benidorm, please stop flagging it as AI! 1. Language barrier and reception experience On our first day, I asked why the pool gate was closed. As I’ve been learning Spanish on and off for the past four years, I thought I’d take the opportunity to practice. I always gauge the situation, and if Spanish isn’t appropriate or understood, I’m happy to switch to English—after all, most staff tend to speak it far better than I speak Spanish! However, the receptionist made me feel very unwelcome. He looked at me as if I were foolish for even trying, then launched into a long-winded explanation about why the gate remains closed from June onward. What really shocked me was that he didn’t allow any kind of conversation and essentially told me not to speak. I’m 56 and have taught for the past 23 years—I've never spoken to anyone the way he spoke to me, and I found it quite disrespectful. 2. Concerns about inclusivity There was another incident that made me question how "all" inclusive the hotel really is. I spoke with a lovely couple who had a daughter with autism—she was full of energy, polite, and clearly enjoying herself. Unfortunately, someone complained about her dancing, and instead of supporting the family, an entertainment staff member brought the issue to the parents’ attention, rather than addressing the inappropriate nature of the complaint itself. Making the family feel that they had done something wrong! Double standards to then allow overly raucous behaviour from those who have had too much to drink! The same couple also mentioned an interaction with a grey-haired, bespectacled receptionist who told them off for interrupting him—something they found quite rude and disheartening. 3. Green initiative I’m good with this and have no problem with reduced water pressure (as long as I can still take a shower), but maybe as well as a bath towel each, a hand towel also? I asked the maid if my wife could have one for her hair and we got one for that day. As a suggestion, you may want to think of reducing the amount of paper used for table, at every meal, I’m sure there are other options that are more sustainable.
