Ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare in questo magnifico hotel grazie ad un'organizzazione di Erasmus projects. Sono stata a Benidorm ad Aprile 2022 e ci ho lasciato il cuore. Le stanze dell'hotel sono pulitissime, il personale molto gentile, la locazione dell'hotel è ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e la zona è ben fornita. L'unica pecca è l'ascensore che non ha memoria e se vi dovesse capitare, come capitò a me, di alloggiare all'ultimo piano (11° di preciso) e non volete aspettare l'ascensore dovete prendere le scale.

Hotel muy comodo , estuvimos del 18 al 27 de junio 2025, limpieza impecable y las Srtas. que la hacen super agradables, como el resto del personal, en el comedor lo mismo todo el personal muy atentos pero especialmente la srta. MAITE super agradable, atenta simpática un saludo muy especial para Ella del la habitación 106. Gracias

The hotel is located not far from British Square and half way between the new and old town. The hotel really caters for an older Spanish clientele and would not be suitable for young families. The room was pleasant if a little dated. It was clean and well maintained. There were no English channels on my TV and the rooms do not have fridges - though you can hire them. There is wifi but it is somewhat slow and unreliable. The bed I found very comfortable and there was a large balcony. Breakfast did have warm and cold items - perhaps not entirely to British tastes. The dining room was rather understaffed at breakfast and finding a clean table was difficult. I found no problems with the bathroom and the shower was more than adequate. Towels were changed daily. The pool was large for the size of the hotel. I guess it was a 25 metre pool with the last 5 metre sectioned off for children. The area around the pool was large and very pleasant. The hotel was significantly cheaper than comparable hotels in the area.
