Wij verbleven in appartement 2 B. Gebouw ziet echt niet zo uit als op de foto's. Hotel heeft hier een aantal appartementen en de rest is bewoond door Spaanse gezinnen. Aangekomen op het opgegeven adres wisten wij totaal niet waar we zijn moesten. Na kwartier verlieten een aantal Engelsen het complex en aan hen gevraagd waar wij moesten inchecken. Dit bleek een hotel te zijn ongeveer 500 meter verder het Magic plaza hotel, de weg erheen was ontzettend stijl. Wij waren er om 09.30 uur en na een borg betaald te hebben van 150 euro werden wij naar het appartementen complex gebracht. Het appartement was groot, 8 persoons, 3 tweepersoons slaapkamers, een 2 persoons slaapbank, twee badkamers met ligbad, 3 toiletten. Appartement was net nieuw ingericht. Bedden waren perfect, het was schoon. Afstand naar oude centrum was lopend goed te doen. Ontbijt was echt niks, rest geen gebruik van gemaakt. Rooftop zwembad en bar met ligbedden. Hotel sluit in januari voor verbouwing en dat is ook echt nodig. Maar voor 200 euro met zijn tweeën en dan ook nog all inclusive dan mag je niet klagen. Wij hebben nog nooit ergens zo goedkoop 5 dagen verbleven. Voor die prijs echt top.

Wij kregen appartement **, ongelooflijk groot 3 twee persoonskamers, 2 badkamers met ligbad, 3 toiletten, woonkamer, keuken, balkon. Super netjes, heerlijke bedden. Aparte was datvtoen wij daar aankwamen wij moesten inchecken in hotel Magic Palace, maar we hadden geen enkel idee waar dat lag en wisten ook de naam niet. Gelukkig kwamen Engelsen uit het appartementencomplex en zij hebben ons naar het hotel gebracht wat toch een behoorlijk stuk van het appartement was.

Hicimos una reserva en Enero para poder disfrutar toda la familia en Abril. Este año elegimos los apartamentos porque íbamos con nuestra mascota. La sorpresa ,es que nos canceló las vacaciones,unos dias antes de alojarnos ,de la central del hotel ,una chica Tatiana diciendo que nos tenemos que ir alojar en los apartamentos que tienen en Cala de Finestrat,por el mismo importe y estando en las afueras de Benidorm. Nosotros éramos clientes y hemos quedado como todos los años con nuestro amigos en el hotel Magic Cristal Park para que los niños puedan disfrutar. Este años sin darnos otras opciones mejores para elegir, nos canceló todo.Ya han perdido unos clientes qué íbamos todos los años ,por la mala gestión de algún empleado que hace lo que le da la gana!

Apartments where clean and close to new town. Paid deposit incase of damages and having problems getting it back on my card . Not answering emails and phone service is automated. Left the apartment spotless
