Everything was fine, except the cleaning girls, at 11 they were already ringing the room bell, we had until 12 to leave the hotel. Otherwise good for a 3 star

Buenas tardes, estuve diez días en el hotel y me gustaría destacar a Lucía, la DJ que trabaja los viernes por la noche, me parece una persona muy válida y cercana con los clientes, muy profesional, acepta tus peticiones de música de todo tipo, lo pasamos muy bien con ella. Sugiero que pueda trabajar en el otro hotel de la cadena que conozco, Hotel Bali, por lo menos una vez a la semana. Le doy un DIEZ.

Me alojé en febrero . El servicio de habitaciones es regular. No limpian bien. El mobiliario muy viejo. La recepción es vieja y su personal está cansado, parece que prefieren estar en otro lugar, jugando con el movil. Es una pena que no les guste su trabajo. La piscina en obras con ruido y polvo. No sé puede usar ni cómo solárium. Un desastre. No lo recomiendo. El restaurante y su personal es agradable. El buffet es normal aunque con un poco de esfuerzo la comida podría estar mejor

Hotel clean, rooms are basic but you get what you pay for, food was catered for Spanish but reasonable to eat out, I’m a fussy eater. Won’t do for people that have mobility issues as 50 odd steps to the hotel Wouldn’t say the reception staff are the friendliest but dining room and cleaners always acknowledged

Just came back from hotel cabana we stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel was very basic and outdated but for a cheap holiday you can’t complain. We only used the all inclusive for the drinks as the food wasn’t the best. Staff on the bar were lovely but receptionist wasn’t very helpful. It was about a 30 minute walk to the new town.

Es una pena que siendo del grupo Bali esté tan descuidado. No sé si se trata de la época de invierno pero las habitaciones no las limpian durante la estancia, están antiguas, con baños con bañeras altas y pequeñas. El buffet muy elemental,con horarios más para extranjeros que para españoles. La animación típica de una fiesta de los pueblos. Para abueletes y a precio de IMSERSO...pues creo que se puede mejorar,aunque sea un bajo costo. Espero que en verano sea mejor
