-10, la música que ponen por la tarde, por la noche horrible y siempre la música está muy alta, imposible descansar a la hora de la siesta o irse a la cama a descansar pronto, la música no acaba hasta las 12pm. Habitación mal aisladas, TODO se escucha todo el día, noche. En la piscina las vistas son a edificios y una iglesia, así que pésimo!

El hotel bien ,las habitaciones no están mal las almohadas malísimas ,la comida mala ,mal presentada y la fruta de vergüenza las uvas estaban podridas , mermelada light en el desayuno no había y un día pregunté a la entrada del comedor y me las dieron y me dijeron que las tenían guardadas porqué los clientes se las llevaban ,y el comedor olía a sudor fatal ,no se lo recomendaría a nadie

La música de cada noche aburrida, siempre la misma. Repetitiva y música muy alta No vale la pena, no recomendado!! Retumban en las paredes de la habitaciones!! No recomendado, el ruido constante me daba dolor de cabeza y no me deja dormir....

goed hotel met een centrale ligging in het oude centrum van Benidorm. vriendelijk personeel en propere kamers. het eten was ook ok. mooi hotel ook met een buiten terras en zwembad. een mooi grote bar en zaal met activiteiten die georganiseerd worden.

La comida esta siempre fria; aunque no esta mal de sabor,el resto normalito sin nada para destacar cuando andas un poco se enciende la luz del pasillo porque da la sensación que estas en una cueva, el personal es agradable, los espectáculos se repiten los mismos días de la semana, por lo que no vale la pena estar alojado más de 7 dias

Y por fin llegó el día de irse, hay cosas que debería actualizar el hotel como por ejemplo las mantas (pican de lo viejas que son )poner en la habitación una papelera y no tener que ir cada vez al baño a tirar algo . Las sillas antiguas antiguas … Las ventanas no cierran bien, poner cafetera en la habitación como hay en otros hoteles Lo mejor que me llevo, la amabilidad de Hakima 🫶🏼🥰 (la que limpia las habitaciones)…. Le doy un 10 por su trabajo,muy atenta , simpática y un amor 🥰 de persona , muy buena gente y trabajadora . El comedor bien, tanto comida como personal 😌
