Spectacular hotel you always want to return, the rooms are perfect, the staff is 10 and the food is delicious, for some reason the hotel is full and the comments are very good. I love it 🥰

Went here for the 2nd time at Christmas as hotel is lovely four of us. Beautiful Xmas decorations and food was good. Entertainment is not for us as they cater mainly for over 80s. Duo singing very boring. Rooms are fine except they allow dogs who owners let them bark constantly or leave the pets to bark no thought for others. Maid left our balcony door wide open one day so watch out for this error. Woman in charge in the main restaurant is very unprofessional and rude. We was trying to book a table for Xmas day with her. Said she does this of a morning. Very strange as when we entered the restaurant in the evening she was taking booking. Argued 21hr was 10pm we tried to tell her it was actually 22hr. She told us to come back tomorrow. I walked away but was waiting further away from husband and 2 friends. As they turned their backs she started to make very rude jesters behind their backs not realising I was watching her. Asked to see a manager who is very nice and said she was making light of it all. I asked if this was true why did she wait till they turned away. I knew she had lied to her manager about the situation. The manager said she is going to apologise to us all. Really Xmas day no apology left 27th still no apology so I can only say. Very unprofessional very rude and tells Lies. I was not the only guest she was rude to speaking to others. Good hotel not so good staff she should be removed or not be head of anything requires training lots of it as has no people skills. I will be writing to head office to inform them of the situation.

Arrived in December for 6 nights had a pool view room on 3rd floor . 3 lifts never waited longer than 5 mins even when hotel was full due to a fiesta. Staff all very helpful and friendly every one happy to chat . . Hotel is spotless food is good hotel lounge beautifully decorated . Piano playing and violin playing Sunday morning was a nice touch . Spa pool looked nice would definitely stay again

Es la cuarta vez que vamos y cada vez hemos salido más contentos excelente el personal, buena comida, habitación comoda con todo lo necesario así que repetiremos y encima nos acompañó el tiempo y muy buen ambiente en Benidorm la pena que anochece muy pronto pero esta muy bien adornado para la Navidad

Great stay with friends. I can’t even rate the staff for their service in a scale of 0-10 they all deserve a 20. From front desk , restaurant and love our maid she was the nicest person I have met so far
