Close to the centre but not in the chaos. Good breakfast and free underground parking.

Was at the time they cheapest hotel in Benidorm. It cost 8 EUR to get into town by taxi so if you are looking at cost,, cost that in. Its above the Benidorm bus station so good for the bus back to Alicante 8EUR Rooms are clean, good AC, no food gym was a box tick, the pool was OK, but had the greasy brigade on the sun loungers...... You've above the bus station FFS!

It's rather a 3-star hotel. Quite far from the city center and the beach. However, it's ok in terms of for price/quality. It's located within the bus terminal on the 4th floor. Clean, but dated rooms. The breakfast was a disappointment. Limited and no variations during my 8 days of stay, but that's the only option since restaurants and cafes are about 15-20 minutes on foot from this hotel. A swimming pool and a gym are advantages.

Great hotel, man on reception let me check in my bags early. Location was ideal as I was getting bus to Madrid the next morning, breakfast was also good, no complaints at all.

Stayed here for 1 month, on a BnB basis. Had a really good experience. Breakfast, although not exactly an English fry up, it was close enough. With the continental choice it provided more than enough range. Cleaning was efficient and thorough, the room was large and generally quiet, and check in was well organised. The hotel good for us, as it is not near the centre of Benidorm, but close enough, we had scooters, with buses direct to the airport below and a train station a 2mins walk. Superb. Not much noise from roudies, but when it did happen the staff reacted quickly, so only 1 nights problem. The culprit who we heard walking up the road to the hotel, and crashing through the corridors was evicted. Be warned, but good for guests. I would recommend and will return.

I have just returned from spending 9 days at this lovely hotel. My room was amazing, being on the curve of the hotel it was very spacious with a big double bed which was extremely comfortable including the pillows. There was a large tv and a fridge which was a Godsend and held more than you would think. The bathroom was very big and the shower was powerful. There is a large mirror over the sink. There is also a large full length mirror next to the double wardrobe. In the room there was 8 big windows that slide open fully letting in lots of fresh air. My bedding and towels were changed regularly. The swimming pool is a real asset to the hotel. It is modern and clean as are the sun beds. I spent every afternoon there and it was so relaxing. The hotel smells lovely throughout and I noticed this as soon as I walked into the spacious and modern reception. All the staff are lovely. This hotel in my opinion is well worthy of its 4 stars. It may be back from the centre but I walked there and back every day. There is a bus you can get but I preferred to walk in the wonderful sunshine. There is a very nice supermarket Consum just a 10 minute walk away. It’s on 2 floors and has everything you need. Prices are really good too. Also on Wednesdays there is a big market by the tram stop which is about a 10/15 walk. I was travelling solo and really feel all the staff treated me with the utmost care and kindness and I can’t wait to go back.
