Second time back here and loved it again. Great rooms always clean, staff in reception and bar are so friendly. Pool area is always clean. Perfect walk to the beach, bars and shops.

These apartments are clean ,modern & comfortable . we had 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with lovely balcony overlooking pool. we had 2 small gripes , one being hardly any English channels & 2nd being the pool area being small with only about 5 parasols. it had a nice restaurant open during the day for snacks & drinks. It was slightly out of the area we normally stay & think some people would struggle even though its only on a small hill . Found all staff to be friendly & helpful.

Upon checking in, we did not get a particularly warm welcome. The staff were quite abrupt and gave us minimal interaction. I’d seen on other reviews about a €150 deposit so was prepared for this. However it was sprung on us when we arrived that it would be a €300 deposit that needed to be paid on card. This was an inconvenience that caused quite a bit of stress as the money didn’t go back into my account until a week after returning home. Paying in cash was not an option, and before I could really register what was happening they had put a card machine in front of me. Room was lovely, plenty of space and very clean. Bathroom was very small though for 3 people. We stayed in the studio suite. Staff in the downstairs bar were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was small and we struggled finding a sun lounger. Location is pretty good, far enough away from the ***** to feel a bit safer but had no issues walking there and back. Upon checking out, all that was said to us by staff was ‘the deposit will go back into your account’. No questions about how our stay was, no thank you or goodbye. Customer service at reception felt very poor to me. The €300 deposit was a huge sting and does not seem consistent with other reviews I have read. Also be aware if you are using a coach transfer you will not be picked up outside the apartments, you will need to walk over to the Dynastic hotel. Not very far but it is worth mentioning.

Stayed from the 15th till 19th of June. Warning you will be hit with a 300 euro deposit for each apartment. And you can only pay it on a card, not cash payment. We were a group of nine people and never had issue with sun beds. The apartments are modern and clean. The downstairs cafe is great , good food and friendly staff, plus decently priced. Reception staff are blunt with little customer service stills. I stay there again. But they really need to tell customers about the 300 euro deposit.
