Geboekt via TUI voor periode 12 tot 17 jan 2025, dacht dat ik 2-p kamer voor gebruik 1-p boekte incl balkon met zeezijzicht, bleek dat ik 1-p kamer zonder balkon achterzijde had geboekt? Ook blijkbaar speciale (extra goedkope) vlucht met Transavia die ik na ontdekking van ongewenste boeking niet kosteloos binnen 30 dagen kon annuleren. Blijkbaar mij eigen fout? Maar prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was gewoon goed. Uitzicht van 1-p kamer achterkant bagger, kamer en douche(cabine) klein, maar bed(den) en kussens goed en schoon, alles wat nodig was aanwezig (douche, wc, wastafel, koelkastje, airco voor in dit geval verwarming). Oké, over waterkokertableau niet nagedacht qua stopcontact maar zelf even creatief zijn... NL tv enkel RTL 4 en 5 en niet op zenders in informatiemap. Schoonmaak dagelijks (als je wilt), ontbijt buffet zeer uitgebreid (verwacht geen volkoren brood...) Niet echt gezellig restaurant maar oké. Locatie perfect, aan boulevard met openbaar terras met uitzicht op boulevard, strand en zee. Zwembad(je) voor gasten met stoelen en ligbedden (beperkt), vriendelijk personeel. Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagelijkse wandeling langs boulevard naar oude stad, bushalte vlakbij. Redelijk grote Supermarkt op nog geen 5 minuten lopen en op 3 minuten loopafstand BenGen Grieks restaurant dat ik kan aanraden! Had half-pension geboekt maar geen gebruik van diner gemaakt dus kan niks over zeggen. Kon pas vanaf 19.30 's avonds eten en in deze tijd vh jaar was voor mij te laat + eerdere reviews dat eetzaal dan snel vol zit, heb niet geprobeerd.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the front desk manager. A charming lady, who apologised for my room not being ready, even though I was two hours early. No problem. I decided to have a bocadillo and a beer on the terrace overlooking the sea. The waiter was very helpful and pleasant even though he’s was very busy. My room was spotless clean, with everything in good working order. Albeit there were signs of wear and tear, you would expect with such a popular hotel. The maid service was fantastic also, with my room immaculate every time I’d returned after being out visiting friends for the day. Breakfast, people have commented on here regarding the lack of British items 🙄🙄🙄 you’re in Spain eat like a local. I will say this, the food selection was vast and varied from European and British items. There was something for everyone to enjoy. It was all fresh and very well kept. The hotel is a fantastic location on the beachfront. Every member of staff I came into contact with was typical of the warm Spanish hospitality you can expect. Frankly there’s nothing not quite to like.

I've been to Benidorm a couple of times, walked past this hotel and thought it would be a nice place to stay! It's in a great location on Levante beach, it's a smaller hotel which I always prefer as it's easy to get around. The rooms aren't luxury as such but they are modern, have everything you would need and are really clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the side sea view on the balcony was lovely and relaxing. We had dinner bed and breakfast and we're really pleased we went for that option. The food was very tasty, I think there could have been a little bit more choice for salads and fruit such as more types of melon but that's just my own preference. All the staff including reception, housekeeping and restaurant/bar staff were friendly, helpful and are hard workers. They always said hello. Blanca on reception was great and very helpful and informative. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage before check in and after check out. Thank you for a great stay and we will hopefully be back again soon!

We booked this small hotel for an overnight stay to see family on holiday in Benidorm. Great location on the beach, huge room with two balcony’s. Good view over the beach with an adequate balcony at the front and a small balcony at the side. Excellent receptionist and staff. We had lunch here and could not fault it, the breakfast in the morning was good too. Parking was at the ****** carpark around the corner and was easy to find. A family run hotel since 1959, we even met the owner that has run the hotel since then and lives on the top floor. We have already booked to go back, recommended

Estuvimos hospedados durante 6 días. A la llegada nos dicen que nuestra habitación no estaba preparada y que esa noche la pasaremos en otra habitación, de diferente categoría, y al día posterior nos cambiarían a la que nosotros habíamos contratado. Fue un día perdido porque tuvimos que hacer el cambio entre una habitación y otra. Habitación con vistas a la ciudad para 3 adultos pequeña. No está adaptada para 3 adultos. El armario demasiado pequeño y sin espacio para meter la ropa. Y el baño es un espacio bastante reducido para poder desplazarte. Lo mejor del hotel es el desayuno y la ubicación. No volveremos ya que el trato no fue el adecuado y no cumplió con lo contratado en la reserva para el precio que fue para 6 días. Demasiado caro para lo que es.

Hotel muy bien situado y con un servicio extraordinario, tanto limpieza, recepción o comedor. El comedor tiene una gran variedad de productos para elegir y la terraza de la piscina ideal para una cerveza. He intentado reservar de nuevo, imposible, probaremos en otras fechas.

Les paso email para confirmar una reserva y 24 HORAS DESPUÉS me dicen que ya no hay disponibilidad que el hotel está lleno. Alomejor si me la hubieran confirmado en su momento, en lugar de tardar 1 día, la tendría reservada. Muy poco profesionales. No volveré a intentar a ir a este hotel

Hotel pequeño para lo que se ve por allí, pero familiar y acogible. Estuvimos un grupo de amigos allí una semana. He de agradecer la amabilidad de todo el personal, desde Roque el jefe de cocina (el portugués), pasando por ambos David y destacando la simpatía de Pamela. El servicio de recepción, agradables y con mucha paciencia con el tema tarjetas de las puertas, ahí hago una mención a Peter y su paciencia, jajajaja. El bufet amplio y variado tanto desayunos como la comida y la cena, amplia variedad y todo exquisito, para regresar con unos cuantos kilos de mas. Gracias por hacer la estancia agradable y ser tan amables. El servicio de limpieza un 10. Por poner un "pero" la habitación doble la convirtieron para 3 y se queda bastante pequeña., pero a pesar de ello nos apañamos bien. Un saludo.
