The whole experience was wonderful. The staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and tidy. The entertainment was fun. There's plenty to do in and around the resort, the food was lovely. Just a great place to go. We will be booking again. Thank you

Tip if you get ill here go to get blood tests. If your looking to book avoid it's disgusting. Pool is never cleaned. AVOID they will act they like care and are helping they are just trying to get out of any claims you may make. This happens year after year at this hotel and they get away with taking peoples money

Me and my family Arrived at Magic Tropical splash 27th October 2024 - 3rd November 2024 Our hotel room was very run down huge scrape marks across the leather sofa which was covered with a dirty throw, broken toilet we had to lift the top of the toilet to press the flusher, by day two we had NO hot water my partner went down and contacted reception as the telephone in the room didn’t work once my partner had spoken to reception we then had to wait well over an hour for someone to come and have a look they didn’t even check the bathroom they said it is the water pressure and that we would have to wait for it to warm up…This did take all day to warm we ended up having cold showers! The rooms were filthy we heard people saying “you have to tip the cleaning staff if you want your sheets changed and the floor brushed” I was mortified for the price we paid as well as we always left change out for staff that they felt they needed more to complete there cleaning duties was shocking the cleaning staff were very unprofessional and ignorant not a smile in site along with smoking in the rooms whilst cleaning. The lifts are horrendous, very dirty, slow and do not sound safe from the amount of dodgy noises they make. Day 3 I was very un well from the food in the restaurant for over 48hours which was food poisoning I didn’t feel well at all for the majority of the holiday. The food was not good after me feeling that unwell we ate out in old town Benidorm for food. My friends partner also had severe food poisoning which lead to projectile vomiting and he was unable to leave his room for two whole days. We had a message when arriving at the hotel from jet 2 holidays they said they are here to help if we have any issues … There was a jet 2 holidays desk at the hotel but I only ever seen the two women once on arrival absolute joke. If I had seen them again I would have raised my concerns and experiences. The food is lukewarm then hot food is added on top of this which is high risk of bacteria growing. The amount of family’s with there children that were unwell in this hotel was terrible I would not recommend this hotel. Take your money and book somewhere closer to the old town much nicer. Horrific!

We visited as a family of 4 - mum, grandmother and 2 children aged 12 & 14 We were really disappointed. Food - always cold, we were advised it’s Spanish culture to enjoy food colder and suggested we used the microwaves! We have never been anywhere you have had to reheat your own food after picking it!! Pool - the coldest pool we have ever used! So much so that we could not use it as much as we usually use when we go on holiday. The sea seemed warmer!! Rooms - basic but great size and large balcony. Staff - all very friendly and helpful! All work hard and entertainment staff worked hard for the Halloween theme throughout the hotel. The trail of terror was petrifying and the foam party great fun! 2 of us had sickness bug that wiped them out for 2 days. We met lots of people too had this but looking at past reviews this seems to be a long standing issue. We felt food not being kept at right temperatures or fact we never saw any disinfectant or cleaning sprays ever being used, only damp cloths. Lovely beach short 10 minute stroll away and bus stop outside to go to Benidorm. We did enjoy our holiday but disappointed. Had the food and pool have been warmer it would have made a massive difference to our experience.

Lovely cleaning service by Viorica, hotel always smelling clean and fresh. Immaculate clean toilets which is a bonus in such a busy hotel. Viorica was more than happy to help on numerous occasions, came back to a lovely clean room. Thank you

Me and my family are guests at your hotel currently and we are not happy! We have been here a week and leave tomorrow. When we first arrived at the hotel I felt sick instantly from the horrible smell of whatever cleaning products you use, very potent and makes you feel sick, but I thought maybe it’s because I was tired so went to the room and got some rest. The next day we woke up and the same smell all throughout the hotel lingered even in the food hall it was as if people were being sick then cleaning products were trying to mask the smell. Every day our rooms were “cleaned” more like bedding stripped and that’s it, I seen maids sat on beds on their phones whilst peoples belongings were in clear site with doors wide open, and the room was still dirty from previous room stays. There is mucky marks on doors, wardrobes, glass, floors in the corners of rooms and on the balcony the whole room is disgustingly filthy!! Not to mention the lifts and hall ways/stairways and food halls and snack bars. Nothing in this place feels clean and sanitary. Even out near the pools. It was our last full day here and my 10 year old and 8 year old have been sick all day which is a common occurrence from what I have read about today and heard from people in the area. I feel terribly sick and so does my husband and my 5 year old is not well either. We all have sickness symptoms. The play area is absolutely vile never cleaned! I will say most staff here are very friendly and pleasant and the location is good but that’s about it It’s needs refurbishing and cleaning properly
