As a family of 8, we really wanted to love this hotel. Especially as 5 members had never been on an aborad holiday before. Unfortunately, the place was absolutely horrendous. We tried to make the best of it for the kids' sake, but it was difficult. All the rooms were filthy, and everything on the complex was falling apart, needing updating or replacing. The food was the worst food I've ever experienced in my life. All of us got really, really poorly. The hotel was ignorant of this and said we were the only family who complained of this, which simply wasn't true. Others were throwing up left right and centre. Even the pool had vomit in that wasn't cleaned up for hours. Along with this, items were stolen from both rooms we had, including medication!!! Once again the hotel took no accountability and simply did not care. We really are not fussy and never normally complain. I'd never ever return. Not even if they paid me! They also deleted anything negative from the Facebook page and you get blocked. They claim they have nothing to do with the Facebook page but they actually do.

YOU KNOW WHAT I WAS GOING TO WRITE A REVIEW ABOUT 1000 CHARACTERS LONG BUT I CANT BE BOTHERED PUTTING THE EFFORT IN. SUFFICE TO SAY STAY AWAY,5 ADULTS,2TEENAGERS AND 2 TODDLERS ALL HAD SICKNESS AT SOME POINT I CAN ONLY BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL THAT MINE DIDN'T HIT ME UNTIL I HAD BEEN HOME A COUPLE OF HOURS OR THE PLANE WOULD HAVE BEEN DIVERTED FOR A BIOHAZARD INCIDENT. STILL GOT AN ONGOING COMPLAINT WITH JET2 BUT DONT HOLD OUT MUCH HOPE. AS FOR THE REST OF THE HOLIDAY AND HOTEL 3 STAR AT BEST.

En general todo estuvo genial, las niñas se lo pasaron en grande. Volvería a repetir seguro eso sí en los meses de julio y agosto tiene que ser una batalla subir a los toboganes. Por suerte pudimos ir en septiembre y perfecto. Situación buena.

Hotel muy enfocado para niños. Nos pareció estupendo. La variedad de comida perfecta y la animación también. Lastima que al ser semana santa el agua de la pisci estaba excesivamente fría pero por lo demás pues estupendo. Única pega el horario de los espectáculos... Se juntaba con la cena la mini disco

Todo estaba perfecto muy limpio y comida de calidad, un trato maravilloso repetiremos dentro de poco porque nos encantó la experiencia, lo único que para mi punto de vista les falta es más animación en piscina y en fiestas pero por lo demás todo perfecto

Estuvimos varias familias con hijos en halloween y fué sin duda el peor hotel en el que nos hemos alojado El baño es lo peor, con cosas rotas y la ventana tapiada, olor a humedad, la habitación sucia y vieja. Los ascensores no solo escasos y lentos es que estaban en mal estado con peligro para los niños El buffet con comida en mal estado, la leche agria y el melon pasado por poner al algunos ejemplos El personal con mala educación y malas maneras Las limpiadoras haciendo mucho ruido y hablando temprano y con todo por enmedio de los pasillos Solo tuvimos buena experiencia con los animadores y el personal de recepción Creerme hay otras opciones mucho mejores al mismo precio.

The whole experience was wonderful. The staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and tidy. The entertainment was fun. There's plenty to do in and around the resort, the food was lovely. Just a great place to go. We will be booking again. Thank you

Tip if you get ill here go to get blood tests. If your looking to book avoid it's disgusting. Pool is never cleaned. AVOID they will act they like care and are helping they are just trying to get out of any claims you may make. This happens year after year at this hotel and they get away with taking peoples money
