Entertainment every night.
Good breakfast buffet, and snacks buffet.
Good location in a quiet area. Close to a beach too.
15 min local bus to shopping mall.

I’m going to be brutally honest about this hotel…….I think it’s needed as I can only imagine that there are a lot of anxious people out there, almost dreading their holiday, as I was this time last week after reading streams of negative reviews. I even went as far as pricing up a different hotel just 2 days before we set off. We arrived Sunday and was greeted at the reception by Christian, he was definitely the host with the most, as we felt instantly comfortable and reassured, we requested a lower apartment and was provided with one, no questions asked. We checked into our room early and were told to enjoy our holiday. We arrived at the room expecting the worst, but it was a beautifully clean room with a stunning view. The amazing room and welcome truly set the tone for our holiday, the facilities are amazing and everything is spotlessly clean. The food is what you would expect from an all inclusive resort and the drinks are all top brands. We managed to visit 2 of the sister hotels and can honestly say that ours is the better one. Please, please do not let the reviews put you off, yes, people may be sick if they over indulge in alcohol and copious amounts off food, I struggle to see how that is any fault of the hotels! Yes, the lifts take a little bit of getting used to, but we had nailed them by day 2💪. Yes, the rooms are high, but safe with the supervision children need in any situation. So ignore the reviews and enjoy a fun filled holiday at this great hotel! We can’t wait to return, I’ve got my fingers crossed 🤞 to return in September ☀️🏖️👙🌊

Our first time abroad on family holiday with 3 children’s…. The Hotel was lovely for the kids and entertainment was hit and miss sometime as we stayed for 7days so kinda knew what was happening. Food was NOT good all, I do wish that they cook it in better quality as kids attend this hotel and bellyache on holiday isn’t the ideal. All of my children’s and myself enjoyed our home and staff was sooooo friendly but one of FANTASTIC was CHRISTIAN… He was the face of Tropical Magic slapsh. He was soooo good at what he does, so helpful, professional and most in important, he was genuinely nice person. Please don’t pass this review to him from David and Jennifer

The toilets by reception were kept very clean by viorica limpieza-zona. Very nice lady very happy nice to all the children always had a smile on her face, the floors were not slippy toilets immaculate would come again lots of respect to the cleaning ladies

How anyone can give a negative review is beyond me!!! This is the 2nd time we have stayed here although it's been 6 years apart and I can only say it's even better now than before, rooms are spotless, cleaned everyday, food is great and such a wide variety, there's something for everyone, my two young granddaughters loved all the shows at night and we are already planning our stay for next year 🥰

We arrived here this week and still currently here wishing we wasn’t, the children are constantly being told you can’t do this you can’t do that playing football in the football netted area and being moved off to say it’s closed the gym we have got up early for is also closed the all inclusive is not all inclusive if you want particular things you must have ultra all inclusive communication is difficult to say what you need or want as most staff have little English, our rooms not being cleaned although leaving signs on door to clean so finding ourselves having to ask reception to get clean towels and cleaners to the room since being here we have received only 2 clean towels as a family of 4 the smell from the drains in the room is so bad it’s hard to be in the bathroom, if family’s are looking for a good hotel Orka hotels in turkey are AMAZING for family’s and kids!!!!

All-inclusive is niet mijn cup of tea heb ik ontdekt. Dus daarover kan ik niets zeggen, maar wel een vijf***** naar al het personeel dat bij Magic Tropical Splash werkt. Niets is jullie te veel, jullie zijn supervriendelijk, denken mee en zoeken naar oplossingen als er zich iets voordoet dat anders loopt. Tijdens de stroomstoring was ook iedereen op en top vriendelijk en behulpzaam, terwijl het een behoorlijke crisissituatie was voor het hotel! Gracias, y saludos de parte de la Holandesa que habla espanol :).
