Lovely hotel very central , staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble very helpful. Food was good plenty of variety,rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. The barman Remi was very friendly and polite, we would definitely recommend a stay here.

We cannot wait to come back and only left this morning! We stayed for 8 nights and the only complaint we have is that we had to leave! From the minute we arrived we were looked after so well. The receptionist was very welcoming and couldn’t do anymore to help us. The breakfast is basic but very nice and always well cooked with plenty of choice if you prefer continental style. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner in the hotel but the coffee from the bar is very nice! The cleaners did an amazing job and all staff were very pleasant. The only thing I would change would be a kettle in the room, I did miss my cups of tea!

We arrived early on the 4th april -we were greeted by lovely receptionist called CIARA me and husband wanted to stay on the 1st floor was not a problem at all .-The receptionist staff CIARA AND DIANANA were excellent very helpful very friendly and Ciara especially went above and beyond to look after us - 10 out 10 -to the staff .The hotel was very clean and room was lovely -GREAT location 2mins from beach bars resturants could not fault the location a hidden gem -

Nicely situated but not the greatest. Firstly delay and when got to hotel 111-30pm the rooms were not as requested. BREAKFAST OK EVENING MEAL TERRIBLE FOOD ALWAYS COLD. Only paid evening meal once not again. Roof bar not open. Kiran receptionist very good and extremely helpful, considering start of season stuff not attentive never smoled. Had work going on in hotel on 4th floor noisy dusty want the best. Rooms comfortable beds ok rooms clean loylts clean towels and plenty toilet roll no tea/coffee facilities in room so bear that in mind. All in all the hotel very centrally situated very close ro front and beach. Be mindful that transfers can not drop you close as its a pedestrian area. So if there is any one woth limited mobility might be a challenge. Old Town is charming and very characteristic the vibe is nice much better than the mayhem in New Town.

Great hotel for the price. Not The Ritz but really can't fault it. Very polite and helpful staff. Good location on a lively street. 60 seconds from a beautiful beach. Breakfast basic but tasty. Lovely roof terrace. Spotlessly clean We would definitely like to come again.

Nice hotel. Well furnished and ideally located in the pedestrianised area . 2 mins from the beach and a ten minute walk to the *****. Air-con worked well and bottled water in the fridge was most welcome Only negative is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms but I would definitely go back

It's a great hotel!!hidden gem in Old town of Benidorm. The staff is so nice always helpful and always smile . Food is excellent,(big hello to Ana and her other colleague sorry I can't remember his name;) Hotel is very clean! Towells changed every day! All staff they definitely look after you ..all cleaners perfect!They work hard ! Would I stay here again? Yes it's a definitely YES!!!Thank You for a wonderful stay! Xxx

Stayed four nights recently on a full board basis and this hotel is excellent. All the staff were pleasant, professional and always pleased to help. Rooms were modern and spotlessly clean,location of the hotel is ideal. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
