Apartments are fitted with just what you need. Close to all shops and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Yes you have to pay 150 euro deposit but got it back 2 days after arriving home. You get what you pay for don’t expect 5 star. Had a lovely family new year break just what was needed.

After reading some not so good reviews i really think they were staying some were eles,arriving was ok had to wait 5mins till the receptionists came from the other hotel,we a 2 bedroom apartment 12th floor its was prefect tv in all rooms fresh bed lining loads off towels,they do ask to take out all your rubbish witch is easy done;apartments are beside the indoor market we would stay again

Worst place I've ever stayed in nobody on reception got ripped off with 150 euros if damaged to apartment which there was not nobody to give safe key to when leaving robbed of another 20 euros lock on balcony didn't work Key fob didn't work after 2 days some bloke from next door let us in with his keys unbelievable was a total disgrace

Booked with easy jet holidays. Arrived around 8pm. No instructions given on how to access apartments. Pressed buzzer pressed ring door bell all on the wall through a gate. Eventually someone spoke through bell told us to sit n wait someone would come. They arrived 15 mins later as no full reception and its manned 2 hours a day this is not given at booking or any where else. Apartment was basic at best. One of the worst I have stayed at in a long time no drawers or wardrobes is a strange concept indeed. Kitchen layout strange too. The pool area was quite dirty. I would never have chosen to stay in a residential high rise building and would not return. No towel change or cleaning either during stay again in 2024 this is poor in my opinion! Charged 150 euro on arrival has to be by card. Refunded 2 days after we got home but again think this is poor.

Stayed at Dynastic rooms apartments. Was very concerned after reading the reviews. I must say I am very fussy. No problem at all, apartment was very clean, great pool, sea views. Yes you pay £150 deposit. I was made aware before going. Refunded next day

It is now called dynastic rooms, we have stayed here many years as Mayra and no complaints, now dynastic have taken over its taken a down ward spiral , we stay 2 weeks every year and always had clean linen and towels, had to request a linen change and clean towels and still never happened! When your there 2 weeks it’s a disgrace. There are now only 15 sun loungers and 16 floors ,pool not properly cleaned . In rooms no room for clothing , all drawers been removed and tiny wardrobe , trouble with the key fobs not opening doors and gates. I have been coming here over 10 years it’s never been as bad as this , hope it improve s

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times before the ‘upgrade’. The location is excellent, the apartments are a great size and have a fantastic cafe bar underneath (locally owned). The upgrade is much fresher than it was, however, not like the pictures the quality of the finish is poor. Lovely comfortable apartments though. Falsely advertised the use of the Dynastic facilities, this was blamed on ******* and resolution solved with Dynastic hotel. Receptionists came across as rude, but perhaps language barrier. Will return for location, apartment size and locally owned cafe underneath. Dynastic group experience below average.
