Visited here as a family of 12 in August. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the recent reviews. Myself and my 9 year old son were given a room on the 2nd floor and the rest of the family were on the 14th. We arrived at 11am and all of our rooms were ready and check in was smooth a friendly. Our room was basic but had everything we needed and our floor was extremely quiet. Not sure if we got lucky but this was a major plus point as we had a great night sleep each night. Food at the hotel was fine and plenty of choice for us all. It’s a 3 star hotel and the food was of that standard. Which is all we could ask for. The restaurant did get busy but was well run and all staff were efficient and friendly. My son really enjoyed all 3 pools and the pool games and we never had a problem getting a lounger. Drinks in the hotel are reasonably priced and all staff again very friendly. We loved the location of the hotel, close enough to everything but just away from the hustle and bustle. I normally visit the Greek islands and it had been 12 years since I last visited Benidorm. I was a little nervous about whether I would enjoy. All in all we had a nice holiday and were pleasantly surprised by the pueblo. Great staff, great location, decent food and kept very clean. Thanks to all staff.

Hi just got back from the pueblo today 1st September we had 8 nights and I'm going to write an honest review .After reading negative reviews I kept an open mind .Don't take any notice some people expect so much from a 3 star and its not fair .Right the rooms we had 1404 on the 14th floor lovely rooms basic clean and a small but apt balcony The maids came every day we especially had a lovely lady called katty she was so lovely and friendly and does a great job she deserves a pat on the back and appreciation Next the bar staff all lovely and friendly talk to them interact and they are all great they go out of their way to smile and say hello and try to help .The animation team try to get you involved but never push and always say hello all drinks and snacks are great We were bed and breakfast and it was always lovely Reception team all great at checking in and any other things to help with Perfect location for to dip in and out of all the fun but not booming all night so you get sleep What else can I say get it booked !!! I'm really fussy as well and bluntly honest I won't hesitate to be back and recommend

The hotel is lovely and in a great location. Two lovely big pools and a baby pool. Also an inside pool. The food is lovely and there is plenty of choice. The only negative about this hotel Is one rude member of staff. Every other member of the staff was lovely. But one incident with one member of staff did spoil things. Myself And my granddaughter ordered milkshake at the bar everyday and i know they are a faff but always tried to order when the bar was quiet. One particular day we had the misfortune of being served by a man who refused to make them and actually shouted at my daughter saying he wasn’t doing them. We asked for his name and he refused to give it. So we went to the inside bar to ask if there was a problem ordering milkshake to which we were told it was no problem at all. The ruse member of staff came to the inside bar and spoke to the man serving us and walked away. Another gentleman behind the bar came over apologised profusely and told us the name of the man. His name is YUSUF. So the long and ahort of it, , is the hotel is lovely, but they need to get rid of YUSUF very rude to the point of being prejudice. After speaking to some holiday makers they saud he was serving Spanish people before British people regardless of queue order.

I have been visiting Benidorm now for the last five years. This year was the first time I stayed in this hotel. It wasn’t the best in my opinion. There’s better in the area.. here is a summary Cons The food. One of the worse things for me about the hotel. Not good quality. Not bad in terms of variety but not so good in terms of quality and taste Having said that the customers attract a lot of British and they just want fish and chips. I’m not British and I like variety and I can cook so I know about food No glass bottles for sparkling mineral water. The pool area sells it but the restaurants have plastic bottles in the restaurant only The location is near the beach. Nothing special as all are walking distance but this is situated in a part of Benidorm I don’t particularly like. It’s the more sleezy part of Benidorm of pubs, clubs, you name it and generally chavs. I can’t walk to the beach without being approached by people asking me to visit these places. Then again, you might like this part but I prefer the ore central area Nightly entertainment if you like this sort of thing Silly restaurant system which is not modern. You get your standard key bard BUT you also get a slip of paper you need to present at the door for entrance. No computer system like other hotels in the area where they swipe your room card. When you access the restaurant you also get another slip of paper. This is for paying for drinks. Now, why on earth you are giving this to begin with makes no sense. Usually the waiter holds it when they approach you when you sit and ask what drink you want. As you can tell, this hotel has a lot to learn about the modern world. I’m sure they will come up with some lame excuse why they do it though like it’s easier but it’s old fashioned and you need to move eight the times.paperless is the way to go Air condition turns off when you leave your room. I guess this is a,pro and con. In the other hotel I stayed the air con remains on. The bad side is it is expensive for the hotel No jacuzzi if you like this sort of thing. I don’t but some love them Restaurant is not visibly appealing Pros Good sieze Pool but needs more sun umbrellas and shading areas Large swimming pool area Rooms are not the best You get a safe with combination so no key You get a mini fridge

Very surprised by the quality of this hotel. The food is nothing other than exceptional! Catering for a wide culinary pallet. The staff are great throughout.great pool area, didn’t have trouble with getting a sunbed whatever time of day.The position is also ideal and very little noise from the outside. I will be staying here on all of my stays in Benidorm !

If you want to be kept awake all night long by Spanish families or in general by others then this is the perfect place to stay if not I wouldn’t recommend, my daughter has been woken up all night barely been able to sleep due to people above banging so loud and the people in the room next to us so loud to the point you go try ask them to be quiet the Spanish man is trying your room door banging on your door while your 5 year old try’s to go back to sleep after all the noise they’ve made, then after you’ve not been able to sleep or settle and haven’t been able to enjoy your stay at the hotel, you have arguing all in the corridor and young children screaming gone midnight. The staff in the restaurant aren’t always pleasant either some don’t make you feel welcome at all. It took over an hour to be able to check into your room to which in the reception was boiling hot and not nice to be waiting hour to check into, the reception staff that was on at the time wasn’t helpful with different demands. This isn’t a place to take a child when it comes to night time.

Very nice hotel couldn't knock the friendly staff, hotel clean (the cleaners go in every door, truely amazing). The Servigroup chain are big out here, and they know what they are doing. Location - excellent - next to new town, near the nightlife and good resturants. Saw no trouble, no thiefs etc - but was back at hotel by 1am most nights. What would I like to know before I got here.... No balls or anything in the pools - nothing for kids to really do in them apart from swim, was a bit of entertainment in them. I saw waterpolo once a week - water exercises, but come on - We need to be able to play with a small ball!! Saw beds reserved one morning, the lifeguard went and took them off the chairs after an hour - nearly caused a riot with the Spanish when they returned but was fair (NO RESERVE) lol Breakfast was decent - everything you would expect - but only saw Hashbrowns one morning, we did get down rather late - 9.30am (breakfast is between 8 - 10 am) so perhaps they were all gone - section for English Bacon, sausages etc. chocolate stuff for kids lol. Best Bar - just down the road "Jokers" let all ages in, and have some great tribute bands in them. Others bars can be strict with ages - over 16s inside mostly. Excursion - we did the waterfalls, found it a great few hours out, water very cold, but a lovely place. Market - Sun and Wed - 2min walk, worth a look if you into fake stuff like bags etc - be careful with prices, you may think you are getting a bargain but we saw the same stuff in the indoor market much cheaper! Saw a few groups in the hotel, all were well behaved though - we were on the 4th floor and was very quiet. Beachfront - like a different resort going along there, can walk for hours, much more upmarket and all nationalities down there. Really nice area - and some lovely views of the sea when having a drink or a meal. It's about a ten minute walk from hotel (but goes on for miles), from hotel to old town - probably a 20-30min walk. All in all a lovely place, but will probably try somewhere else next year with the family, if I come back without the kids, would definately stay here again in the future. Wouldn't listen too much to the negative reviews, thought it deserved more than the 3 stars it is, hope you found the review helpful.
