Excellent hotel, very clean. We had clean towels daily. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Food in the buffet style restaurant was always varied and while we were there had two theme nights, Mexican and Asian, so always plenty to choose from. It's a short walk to the old town too. Would definitely stay here again.

The Bristol is our home in Benidorm. Always stay here due to centrality to The Old Town and it has underground parking. The breakfast buffet is superb and sets you up for the day. The rooms are large and have tea/cafe facilities. Nice swimming pool. Personnel are always friendly.

Fantastic hotel, brilliant location minutes from the old town and beaches, the food was good, all the staff excellent, rooms where spotless and comfortable, we thought a real find, we would stay again but next time would ask for a higher floor, we stayed on the second floor and was a little noisey from the road below but to be honest i am a very very light sleeper, only honest bug bear was my wife is disabled and they wouldnt allow her to use the mobility scooter in the hotel and she had to be pushed around in a wheelchair, they do provide a space inside to store the scooter and plugs to charge it.

The hotel is situated excellently for the old town, beach and restaurant’s etc The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need, the staff very friendly and helpful. At breakfast time the restaurant was busy with some food needing topping up, cups at the coffee machines were scarce but there was a good choice of food . I would definitely recommend and will stop here again.

This hotel is a real gem. Really central to the Old Town but away from the noise. Check in superb, staff very professional and friendly. The Hotel is new and the interior is beautiful. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was the bonus for me, english bacon and sausage! Food of a very high standard together with the furnishings of the restaurant. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.
