Hotel muy bien ubicado servicio muy amable la comida bien también.
Por poner alguna pega,la cama un poco incómoda y el ascensor pequeño para una silla de ruedas.

El personal del hotel muy amable. Esta muy bien situado. Nos dieron una habitación interior pero grande y muy cómoda. La comida está bien...no tiene mucho surtido pero por el precio q pagamos está muy bien. En el hotel lo que más había era gente mayor de una excursión.

My wife and I had a two night stay with half board. We were very impressed with the quality and variety of food. The bathroom en suite was very modern and clean. If there were any negatives it would be that the bedroom decor was a bit dated but it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Entertainment was geared towards the Spanish, but we are in Spain and we enjoyed it. In terms of value and location it would be hard to beat this hotel.

Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación y la comida: rica y variada! El hotel está en la plaza de España de Benidorm rodeada de tiendas y la playa de levante muy cerca. La habitación no tiene nevera y el aire acondicionado hace un ruido horrible que dificulta el sueño y apenas enfría! El comedor es demasiado pequeño y hay aglomeraciones y colas para comer. La gente se pone muy nerviosa e impaciente por conseguir mesa y trata de colarse a pesar de la eficacia y paciencia del personal del hotel. No recomiendo este hotel para una estancia larga.

Bueno es un hotel sencillo pero dentro de su segmento de tres estrellas bien, hotel situado en el centro de la ciudad, limitado para dar servicios de primer orden, pero así y todo muy bien y el equipo humano muy bien, la comida muy buena y diversa, con una pequeña reseña que el comedor es pequeño y hay que esperar, por falta de personal, esto no es una crítica es mi opinión positiva Gracias al equipo

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel. La limpieza ha bajado un poco , así como la comida en general (poca variedad). Estuvimos en la habitación "de luxe". Falta iluminación y los muebles de la terraza necesitan una renovación. La terraza llena de excrementos de palomas que se notaba llevaban ya tiempo ahí. Lo notificamos y lo limpiaron. El trato del personal en general es agradable y atendían cualquier indicación. La zona de la piscina está bien cuidada y el agua limpia. A pesar de ser Julio, nunca esperamos demasiado para entrar al comedor.En resumen , un hotel acogedor , con mayoría de huéspedes españoles , cerca de la playa y del centro .
