Hotel Presidente 4 Sup

The food was best we have had in Benidorm. Had a disabled room which was nice but disappointed disabled people have no access to get in to the pool or up to the top level where most of the sun is in the winter

Stayed at the Presidente Hotel from 16-23 July , this was our 5th time here. Excellent hotel.. staff very friendly, rooms very comfortable, food is excellent, great variety of food every day, we were full board.. we will return again 😊

We have stopped at this hotel many times over the years , but not since it's been refurbished . Son and his friend went for 4 nights full board on a package with Jet2. Everything went smoothly and they got into the room straight away when they arrived late morning. Said that all the staff were really nice. They had a road facing room on the 1st floor. They didn't get the sun on their balcony . Sent me a video of the room as he was so pleased with it , and must say it looked very modern and impressive. Safe in the room was 4 euro a day. Fridge in room was useful for their bottles of pop and water. TV but they didn't put it on. Towels changed when room serviced. One thing they were a bit concerned with was their balcony doors didn't lock . Wifi worked well. They used mosty the upper terrace but also enjoyed a dip in the good pool. The lifts were confusing , got into the one and it told you to go around the corner to another one . But as they were only on the 1st floor they used the stairs instead. They booked full board and ate at the hotel for all meals . Good choice of food at every Breakfast , lunch and evening meal, well cooked and tasty. They didn't need to eat out as they enjoyed their meals in the hotel and had plenty . Drinks around the pool were cheap at 2 euro for a pint and poolside cocktails were a decent price , But they found that Benidorm bars and clubs got a lot more expensive after 7pm and on par or dearer than bars and nightclubs here in UK. Hotel very well positioned , easy short walk to the beach and in the centre of all the bars and nightlife. A great time was had and would be the first choice of hotel next time in Benidorm.

Great location .Easy walk to the beach .Great entertainment downstairs in the hotel .Staff professional and friendly.Hotel is very clean .Good food . They should stop the towels at the pool but I suppose it would cause friction in what is a lovely hotel .Plenty beds away from the pool .Went with elderly mum and she loved it .

Where to start with this one... We have stayed in Benidorm a few times over the years and we always try to book a 4 star hotel. The Presidente was everything we wanted! I have broken it down... Arrival when we arrived, we were given our room key straight away and told we could go to the room as they had gotten it ready early. The hotel reception was cool, bright, clean and the staff were brilliant with us, very informative and we got a safe for 20 euros for the week. Room The room was clean, bright and well set out with ample space for hanging clothes, drawers and a desk. There was a kettle, fridge, TV on the wall with lots of channels, tea and coffee as well as a hairdryer in the bathroom. Bathroom was very clean, newish and the shower was huge. Room was cleaned daily with towels replaced as and when you wanted them to be Food We stayed half board and the breakfast was really good, English bacon, sausage and a good choice of other foods, pastries, cereals, tea and coffee, juice and the standard toaster machines... Pool & outside There are two levels to the outside area, the top level is where the sun is best but you are a little away from the pool. the jacuzzi is good up here though. round the pool is a little harder to get sunbeds, (be ready for people queuing from 7.45am to get a sunbed when it opens at 8.30am). Pool is lovely, clean, big enough and well looked after all around. sunbeds are very comfy and there is a reasonable seating area around the pool food shack and bar. Added bonus is that on the lower level there are sunbeds reserved for anyone who has a disability! Location Right in the middle of Benidorm! we were in room 411 which is on the side over looking the clay oven. Was quiet enough for us and within an easy walk to beach, pubs/bars and local eateries etc. loved the hotel and would really recommend this to anyone
