Beautiful little hotel next to old castle overlooking Benidorm and the sea. Spent four nights there. Superb location and a short stroll to the beach. Situated next to the old castle ruin with further superb views. Comfortable clean room and bed, although the room was a little small as was the bed (used to a king size). Our room over looked the sea and awoke to the sound of waves. Bliss. Breakfast was superb and plentiful, again with super views. On a negative note reaching the hotel on foot could be a problem for elderly/ disabled as it’s on a hill and vehicular access can be difficult up a narrow lane. We had a little hiccup with the food the first night but was soon addressed. Receptionist Claudia was fabulous and accommodating. We would definitely return.

From the moment you walk in the doors you are treated with such special treatment. Truly a 5* star hotel. Best location in old Benidorm close to everything and practically on the beach.Rooms have everything you could possibly need breakfast was absolutely perfect what ever you asked for they would cater for you. Claudia and the team made our anniversary so special as we were here last year and will definitely be back again 2025. Thank you to everyone. Kind regards David and Susan.

El sitio es una pasada. Está en pleno casco antiguo encima de las rocas por lo que puedes ver y escuchar el mar desde la habitación. Todo el equipo muy amable. Te ayudan en todo momento con lo que necesites. El desayuno en la terraza no tiene precio. Eso si. Llegar en coche es muy complicado si no conoces la zona. La recomendación es aparcar en el ayuntamiento e ir andando (5 minutos) o en taxi

Such an amazing experience! All of the staff were attentive to our needs and we were given lovely welcome and good night gestures with written notes to ourselves. Every single member of staff would regularly ask if we needed anything from reception staff, waitors and cleaners however one member of staff in particular was amazing. Claudia helped with every thing we needed to know about transfers checkout and any other enquiry we had. We would definitely recommend and return again if it is possible. Hotel que estando en el mismo centro de Benidorm ofrece unas vistas inmejorables de la playa de Levante. Buena comida y muy buen trato de su personal. Habitaciones pequeñas pero muy coquetas Ideal para visitas de pareja para estar relajado o ir de visita por Benidorm No dispones de aparcamiento por su ubicación en el casco antiguo pero lo solucionan llevando tu auto un personal del hotel a un aparcamiento de convenio que tienen. Spa con buenas vistas y gratuito en la planta alta

La experiencia increíble, la chica de recepción se puso en contacto con nosotros antes de la llegada, para darnos las indicaciones de cómo llegar, dejamos las maletas y nos aparcaron el coche, nos ofrecieron beber algo mientras hacíamos el chek in. En la habitación nos recibían con una botella de cava, las vistas son increíbles, literalmente encima del mar, la zona más bonita de Benidorm, sin duda repetiríamos! Las anotaciones muy equipadas, teníamos bañera hidromasaje, El personal muy amable y atentos, es muy tranquilo al ser solo adultos! Leo desayuno muy completo, la carta del restaurante digna de un restaurante gourmet! Muy recomendable
