Paid 200 euro deposit by card, never got it back; even though they said the room was fine afterwards. Tried to email+phone, no reply.

Don't pay a deposit on card, you wont get it back. I've tried calling and emailing the hotel and no one responds. The hotel is poor and unclean. I've been to Benidorm more times than I can remember and honestly, its close to the bottom of the pile.

you are not allowed to have extra toilet roll you are told to go and walk to bp across the road and get it yourself. the aircon is pointless it’s hotter inside than outside. no umbrella at all. no shade. hardly any sunbeds to lie on. the lady in the bar area is just a jobsworth. you aren’t allowed around the pool with even water unless you purchase her overpriced items. we sat waiting around for our late flight home and sat indoors were it is cool. as again no shade anywhere. she came over a first time to tell us to stop drinking our water. and within 30 minutes she came over a second time to tell us to leave or purchase her own items. i think this is unfair as we stayed in this hotel and we can’t even sit downstairs without buying something from their own bar. DO NOT COME HERE

He estado ayer y hoy .el hotel. Parece un affter mucho descontrol poca limpieza. Es un hotel de niños jóvenes y fiesta. No se merece esta cadena tener este tipo de hotel QUE DECEPCION. piscina pequeña y sucia colchones malísimos. Mucho mucho ruido toda la noche. Allí nadie dice nada. El hotel debería disculparse siempre hemos estado en esa cadena hotelera. Pero este hotel es un DESASTRE. MI NUMERO DE TELEFONO ES 639.62.08.76 ESTUVE EN LA PLANTA 1 HABITACION 105

Absolutely shocking . Got charged 6 euro for fresh towels. Also a charge for toilet roll. Temperature was 36 degrees!!! And not a umbrella in site There was a group of 10 of us to celebrate three 70th birthday celebrations. Would definitely NEVER RETURN TO THOSE APARTMENTS AGAIN !!! Definitely not suitable for kids. Went shopping, came back to the pool to show my friends what I had bought. The lady at the reception came running out to check my bag. We have stayed at these apartments before. But will never return. Benidorm has loads of nice apartments. Plus they take 200, Euros deposit per Room

Shocking staff. Staff were rude, disrespectful and very unwelcoming. We were shouted at and threatened. We asked for clean towels as we only got 1 towel each for a 5 day stay and was told our room would have to be searched and we’d have to pay for clean ones. We weren’t told about taking our rubbish out when checking out and were shouted at at the front desk. We had to ask for more toilet roll to which we were met with disgust.

Shocking attitude from staff,made us wait 1 hour to check in and continued to check in people who arrived after us. Then after waiting 50 mins she goes out for a cigarette. Flooding from the shower, also paying for somewhere to stay yet needing to empty bins/ ***** beds is beyond me, received the deposit back however will never return.
