Apartamentos Palm Court

Avoid this hotel i check in and was asked for a £200.00 deposit which i pay in cash I was given a receipt for but when i had to check out they said i only had given them £100.00. They said they would be in touch but ive been back a week and had no word from the hotel. Over to Jet 2 now then The hotel had more problem as well Aircon didn't work 3 nights out of 7 Fridge in the room had to be unplugged as it kept tripping all the lights out in the room Soft bed was a disgrace The only good thing i can say about the hotel is the food around the pool was good and cheap

Looks nice from the outside, big outside space with bar pool area ok the restaurant area needs a massive overhaul very out dated , pool area looks a bit small for how many guests it holds, the rooms are very simple could do with a freshen up, bathroom needs pulled out and started again very outdated, staff on the other hand are fabulous and friendly, only thing with these apartment is the guests are really loud when comming back from there night out shouting and arguing and this is from the older generation OAP's to the point they were nearly fighting this all went on at 2am guests didn't have any consideration at night time far too noisy rooms are paper thin you can here the room next to you. I personally wouldn't stay here again or benidorm

We went as a group of 7 lads.. we did have a few reservations, but in all honesty, it wasn't too bad.. the rooms had everything you needed and they were nice and clean. Staff are friendly, and there's a nice bar and seating area. Also, it's within close vicinity of the beach and bars but not close enough to keep you awake at night from all the night life ... just don't forget your deposit..

DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL....I've been back home 3 weeks now and have still not received my 200 euro deposit back. I'm a 63 year old solo traveller who was asked to pay a 200 euro deposit..... despite numerous e mail. s. I have still received nothing

Angela, Pepa and all the staff, what a fab few days. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartments are basic, but comfortable. Great time for a few friends to get together. Apartments grounds, spotless. Thanks to a dedicated team of cleaners. Breakfast was great value for money. Love our stays, see u again in Sep

From the second we checked in we knew it would be fantastic stay. We were a family family party of 4 age range 28 - 75. Staff were friendly and helpful and we got our keys early after a quick drink in the bar. Room was exactly as the pictures showed online. Apartment felt very traditional with tile floors etc and dark furniture. Nothing fancy but spotless and spacious. Full size fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster, microwave and 2 ring cooker. Shower was absolutely lovely and very powerful and hot. We were in apartment 405 on top floor and views of the mountains were stunning. We overlooked the pool too which was lovely in the morning. Pool was cleaned every morning before it opened. We had a massive wardrobe and beds were so comfortable. The curtains in the bedroom were so thick they kept out all light which was great in the morning. Food and drink prices down in the bar were very competitive. Both the meals and the drinks were excellent. Great portion sizes too. Bar Staff again were so friendly and members of our group spent time in the bar alone as so social and friendly. Great patio with tv and music on. As for the location it was great for us. Just off the main ***** so nice and quiet with stunning views but literally you walk 2 mins down the road to be in the thick of everything. My husband and I were meant to be travelling to Italy next May to a 5 star adult only hotel but following my recent trip to Palm Court we have now changed our 2026 holiday to Palm Court Apartments as I loved it so much. Some of the Jet 2 reps were having a meeting on the patio when we stayed and I made a point of telling them how great the apartments were and suggested they needed a higher rating. Thank you to all the team and I literally cant wit to come back next May!
