Made a last minute booking to Santa Faz, my flight was delayed meaning I didn’t arrive until around 1am. The hotel stood awaiting my arrival, very friendly, smooth and quick booking in process.
The rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and ideal for a place for travelling.
Of course, it’s not a 5* hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but as the cheaper hotels go, it was comfy, clean and did what was expected!

As hotels go this isn’t a bad one. Staff are very friendly rooms spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable, they wanted to clean the room everyday. Few issues to be aware of though, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything don’t expect it to be quiet either it’s in the party area but if you like the old town and the bars round there it’s perfect! If you want the old town as a base certainly worth stopping here though, we were told all the bathrooms are being replaced from January.

We loved it here. Clean,tidy and spacious rooms. Staff are outstanding in every way. Despite its 70 years the place is well maintained. The airport collection point is 200m away when you arrive/leave. Beaches are just minutes away too. Breakfast is plentiful and sets you up for the rest of the day. It’s a 20 minute walk to the tram station and about the same to the Popular bars if that’s your thing.

Fui con mi señora en el mes de octubre. El hotel tiene una excelente relación calidad/precio. Está situado en una zona inmejorable, justo en el centro de la ciudad, y a pocos metros de la playa de poniente, y a pocos también de la de Levante. La comida genial, el trato del personal genial también. Todo limpio y en su sitio. Nada irregular. En fin, qué queréis que os diga... quedamos más que satisfechos. Creo que volveremos. Lo recomendamos.

We’ve just had 4 nights here and we couldn’t fault it. It’s in a great spot, hotel and rooms very clean and the staff are very attentive. We arrived a couple of hours before the official check in time and within 15 minutes they had our room ready for us. Thank you for having us ❤️

Hotel essenziale ,camere piccoline ma accoglienti, pulite e ottimo personale gentili e disponibili.. Colazione il giusto sia come salato che come dolce,non ci ha lasciato insoddisfatti.. Posizione dell'hotel ottima,in centro storico spiagge e terrazza sul mare raggiungibili in 1-2 minuti a piedi ,idem per negozi e locali dove mangiare bere e fare festa. Unica pecca forse il frigo bar che non è presente in stanza , ma a pagamento se lo si vuole affittare Se uno non ha tanti vezzi è l'hotel perfetto,lo consiglio e ci ritornerei Grazie per l'ospitalità

Very basic,very clean, good staff, right in the heart of Tapas Ally and the old Town BUT sadly this has to be the noisest hotel I have ever slept in, being in an alley the sound echoed horrendously from people outside all night long ,inside the noise from people coming in at all hours, the banging of room doors, toilet doors, the toilet systern was I can only assume ancient, the cleaners lovely people but they were responsible for the banging of all of the doors daytime . The food please do not eat here thankfully we only ate once we complained along with everyone else in the restaurant, excuse the chef was on holiday .I actually am quite sad I have had to write this because the staff were good but if you want rest, sleep, decent food believe me this is not the place to go to .

Cannot fault this hotel..just back from 4 nights with friends..hotel staff very friendly and helpful..all areas of hotel are very clean..rooms cleaned every day..Good choice of food at breakfast and tasty..I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely return..thank you for my visit
