This is a very energetic holiday with activities galore. Our kids 5&6 were very well entertained. Free access to Terra natura zoo and the Aqua natura waterpark. Food was quite average but having access to free food and drinks at the waterpark was a bonus. Kids club staff were excellent - very safety orientated. This not a luxury holiday - it's all about the facilities. Couple of tips: Swimming with sea lions is well worth the cost. We would not do the ultra all inclusive again. Robin hood knight show was more of a chore than entertainment. The lodges, zoo and aqua park are all situated on hills and valleys.

Stayed here with family in September 2023 A long awaited family holiday, our last holiday being August 2019 We booked 1 week all inclusive plus in a Polynesian lodge with access to the zoo and waterpark included. I can’t fault the water park and zoo they were great we all loved it especially the kids. The zoo is huge with so many animals to see and the water park is pretty big with lots of slides and plenty of loungers dotted about to relax. The lodge itself was pretty basic and in honesty not worth all the money we had paid to stay there, they are run down and I’d have rathered staying in a caravan it would have felt more comfortable and safe. The all inclusive food wasn’t up to much either, I’m not particularly fussy and like to try new foods but I struggled to fill a plate at dinner time. Yeah there’s lots of options just none worth writing home about. Between us we had 3 children and it was really difficult to feed them. Breakfast was probably the only decent meal as there were pastries, cereal and yogurt so you couldn’t go wrong but when it came to lunch and dinner it was always a struggle. We ate out a few nights so that we could have a proper meal. Just gutting when you’ve paid the money for all inclusive. We did try the on site Italian restaurant too as 1 meal was included in our booking but again a small set menu so very little options and food was pretty bland which was a shame as we were looking forward to it. All in all accommodation not worth the money, I would definitely return to the Natura zoo and water park but would not stay at the Natura resort again unfortunately.

After reading some reviews i was a little worried about this place. I heard there were loads of flies but we didnt see any more than anywhere else we have been. We heard there were loads of roaches, we didnt see one. We heard the staff were unfriendly, every member of staff we interacted with were amazing. The zoo was fantastic and we went there twice. The water park was amazing and we spent 3 days there. The add ons you get through AI plus were great we had lunch and cocktails at Stars overlooking benidorm beach and the Italian restaurant was great. We also had Pizza delivered to the room. It hilly but there is a bus driven by Nacho! Ok so the food wasnt the best and the queues were bad until we came up with techniques to combat them. We had a fantastic holiday, one of a kind and dont forget the medieval night at Robin Hood. See you soon I hope

Hmm… I’ve been in better resorts. The hotel room was nice, but the overall experience I struggled with, we were premium plus, so whilst a lot more is included, the way you que next to the people who haven’t can be awkward and you get a few comments about not having to que for drinks. Some of the hotel staff will bend over backwards for you, however on the two occasions I had to speak to Joseph at reception, he was clearly capable but couldn’t be bothered… The lack of caring was *very* apparent. The “inclusive WiFi” that you have to have a new code for every 4hours was a stuggle for the kids and especially for the adults when everything is through the app (which is just a website that doesn’t always work) Food was good and the staff at the entrance of the restaurant again hit and miss - I also didn’t get if you are made to wear bands to show your “class” you still have to swipe/tag yourself in. Overall would I return, maybe, but I would need to see a few changes before I would be comfortable!

I came here with my family back in June 2019 and loved it so decided to come back. It has changed somewhat from 2019. Back then All Inclusive meant just that but now there is All Inclusive Plus which is alot extra money which is disappointing. I was placed in the newest lodges this time and the walls are so thin I could hear my neighbour snoring at night, you could hear everything. My lodge also backed onto a road and you could hear car traffic all day and night. I got very little sleep. The lodges are small, I was a family of 3 and it was tight so would hate to see a bigger family. Very little storage for your clothing. The lodges were very clean. Alot of sunbeds have been removed from the pool area to make way for cabanas which are €30 a day. Ridiculous price. Pool area is small for the size of the complex, I spent all my time at the waterpark. Waterpark is fantastic, that's where I spent my days. Kids ran about enjoying themselves on the slides and I chilled out. Snack food and drinks available at the waterpark with Magic Natura all inclusive and sun loungers are free for magic natura customers. Zoo was fabulous especially impressed by the reptile house and exotic bird show. I just got a taxi into Benidorm old town for €8.50 as the bus only came a few times a day. The food was good as all inclusive goes. Good choice and something different every day. Breakfast however was repetitive but I suppose what else can you serve for breakfast. I couldn't book the restaurants this time round as this was only for All Inclusive Plus customers and ordering pizza too. Drinks were branded names and plenty of choice, my boy loved the hot chocolate and milkshakes with cream. Need more bar staff on in the evenings as the queue for the bar can be long. Evening entertainment is rubbish but it was rubbish back in 2019 too. Coming in Oct the lodges were cool at night so had to use the heating in the air-conditioning unit to heat the lodge up. Pack warm sleepwear if you come from Oct onwards. Overall I had a great one week stay but I wouldn't come back again as the noise from the neighbouring lodges and the road is just too much.

Lovely place, booked with jet2 and staff were good and helpful even when my child Sen ran off they were quick to react and help. Food was good range if your willing to try different things however labeling of food is not easy to understand. The zoo is fantastic and animals are well treated and lots of room. Waterpark is very slippery so would take water shoes or socks. Water is not cold but it still warmer then UK sea. Lots of lifeguards and staff are very clear on making sure slides are used properly. Room was good for us family of 5 in a two bed and it worked well however if children were older would have liked more room. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and showers were lovely and good pressure. We didn't go to entertainment but staff were lovely and we took food and drinks to rooms when it was too noisy for sen child. Football areas for children however parents don't always watch their children but you get that anywhere. Staff spoke English well. Rooms cleaned daily. Excursions were good especially experience with sea lions and staff were patient and welcoming. Resort flooring on road is slippery when even a little wet. Hilly up bus every 15mins. We did 20k steps per day. SEN child damaged room during unregulated moments and staff were brilliant and understood and fixed damage within 2hrs. Yes I had to pay but that is expected. Overall would go back again.

On arrival we went to the reception desk we had quite a long wait we didn’t get a complementary drink and when we did get to the desk they was quite rude and unfriendly. We was given a map and basically said go. When we arrived our room was very cramped there was no room to move around the bed the kids room was tiny like cuboard just a bunk bed and a tiny wardrobe and the bathroom was a joined you had no space to stay in if you wanted to you had to sit on the bed luckily we was hardly in only to sleep. With a little one there needs to be a bit of room to walk round we couldn’t even get dressed without tripping over the chair or bed. The room standard was poor. The zoo was amazing we loved that we could go anytime and it was nice hearing the animals the water parc was good too. The kids pool at the hotel was freezing and the splash pad so we hardly used it also the infinity pools was cold we love the pool and was gutted that it was so cold exp when it was 29 30 out odd. The kids part was very run down the flooring was ripped and torn up and dirty. Also the elephant in the big baby pool was all broken and masking taped up not good quality at all. When you wanted a drink you had to wait in a long Que . If you was Spanish the staff are friendly and will talk Spanish and very happy. At most of guests was complaining who was English that they was rude and they was they had bad attitude allover the hotel wss the same. The restaurant only did late so when you have little Ones you can’t go until 9:30pm the food was probably the worst I have seen the selection was on one Row only and was all processed food chips burgers and fish fingers. The deserts was limited to three things. The bar was tiny and you had to Que again. We didn’t bother and went back to our room every night as the entertainment was non existent until 12 and with a little one you can hang around until then the drinks choice was bad the worst I seen. The most anoying thing was you have to pay. Deposit for your dinks cups in the day so if you was by the pool you would have to remember to bring your cup back the next day as if not your have to go reception and pay £2.50 for a replacement plastic cup. Even when went the water park we didn’t have out plastic cup so we had to go without drinks as we Couldn’t pay for replacement there had to be back at the hotel reception ridiculous seems your all inclusive so you basically need to glue your cup to you everywhere you go. I would definitely not go back there ii have stayed at lot of hotels In the world and never complained about any this has got To be the only really bad hotel I have stayed at. The way tour treated here is not nice full of Spanish locals that don’t make you feel welcome. It’s tacky like Blackpool !
