stayed here july 2025 1st impressions very good. the double room was good, the single room was poor, toilet would constantly run even through the night, cockroch on the balcony & a bugs in the hallway. lifts are a joke, always broke down or you wait 10 minutes. pool very good and pool bar is good. restaurant is frezzing, we had to put a jacket on. food very poor, the soup literally had no flavor, burgers raw, rice freezing, ect. breakfast was good but you can't go wrong with sausages, bacon, eggs & beans. female bar staff are so rude, my daughter asked for snack choices at 10.30 pm, as we were all inclusive, she was told olives, then the bar lady said something is spanish to a bar staff member, they then looked at my daughter and said PUTA, if i heard that i would have flew over the bar at her. do not ask for directions, reception are useless, they couldn't even phone me a taxi. i spent £4000 all inclusive yet when we got there we was given the blue band, you then need to upgrade again to the gold ***** to get FULL all inclusive. entertainment is to laid back, we was allowed to use the rh royal for bar, pool & shows so we was at the royal every night as way more friendly and way better shows. i didn't take photos, i took videos instead, but i can't upload videos on here. all in all very poor hotel & staff. we will never go back to the rh victoria

Just returned from a fantastic week away at the RH Victoria and couldn’t be happier with our stay. The hotel is in a great location – perfectly situated between the beach and the old town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the best of Benidorm. The facilities were excellent, and the entire hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff were brilliant – always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was another highlight. There was a great selection available each day, with something to suit everyone’s tastes. Everything we tried was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. Our bedroom was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated – a great place to relax after a day in the sun. Overall, we had a really lovely time and would happily return. Highly recommended!

I reviewed the hotel last week but I am so pleased that the food is a 100 times better. The staff are very professional the receptionists are very helpful. I will be coming again the rooms are spotless the beach is only 15 minutes away. The entertainment is very good.

Would have given it a five but there wasn’t really a lot for the children to do ,couldn’t fault the room ,staff ,the food and the central location to the town ,the pool area was a bit small as well the children said it was a bit cold if sun wasn’t on it.

The receptionists and the bar staff are very kind and professional. The restaurant waitresses and chefs are very unfriendly. There is only 2 waitresses that are good. The food is not good. All the vegetables are overcooked. I would not stay here again.

We stayed for two weeks half board in room 306 and had high expectations from former reviews. Bathroom is very dated, neither of the handbasins could be sealed and the shower panel leaked onto the floor every single time. Food was poor, we've had far better from lower rated hotels. I tried the soup on our first night and it was barely luke warm, I told the waitress when she asked me if I had finished but no response. Show cooking is a joke, it took so long to fry a pork chop that the chips were cold. On at least four nights I didn't take hot food and made do with salad and bread. Porridge was nice and creamy a few times but unpredictable, sometimes watery. Baked desserts, we tried the apple crumble and could barely find any apple underneath the overcooked crumble. Custard thin and runny. We were charged for a bottle of wine that we'd neither ordered nor signed for, my husband managed to get it refunded after we'd questioned it so do check your bill before settling. All in all I believe the rating is too high, we stayed in a 4* hotel close by two years ago and it was far superior. The staff are very helpful and friendly and hotel is in a good position for the old town.

Stayed at the RH Victoria , lovely hotel and great location . We stayed on 16th floor and the view was amazing. Rooms were great , very roomy and modern , cleaned and towels changed every day . Pool was lovely but quite cold, always plenty of sunbeds avaliable . Pool side bar and snacks reasonably priced . We stayed half board , the choice and quality of breakfast was great could choose something different every day . The evening meal although good food we found that there was not much choice and was very repetitive. We swapped our evening meal for lunch a couple of times and found there to be more choice . Having said this i would return on a B&B basis . There are so many restuarants near by that are reasonably priced . All in all a great place to stay .

room was great , reception staff all nice apart from one rude old man , i generally enjoyed being here downsides - the professional show cooking chef needs some training , after repeatedly asking for steak to be cooked well done i was served it red inside , asked again next time and same again , a professional chef should know how to cook better than that , also i note same utensils were sometimes used on raw and cooked meat , i also did not enjoy seeing small children messing with the food and serving areas

Nos hemos sentido muy felices ,en las instalaciones del hotel , muy buena comida , muy amables las personas de todas las áreas del hotel , pero sobre todo nos encantó el servicio de limpieza , quien nos hizo la habitación fue un chico llamado ever ,todo estaba impecable y si hablamos del trato muy majo muy educado y pendiente de que no nos faltará nada , y bueno no nos había atendido o hechos la habi un chico pero muy agradecidos ,siempre estamos muy pendientes del trato , y es mejor en todos los sentidos .gracias por la mejor experiencia que hemos tenido sin queja alguna volveremos
