I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I asked for a room with a sea view, and they kindly upgraded me to a room on the 35th floor with a stunning panoramic view of both the sea and the entire city. During a city-wide power outage that lasted the whole day, the hotel continued to operate as usual with full electricity, while other hotels were left completely in the dark. I was truly impressed and very satisfied with my stay!

Not much I can say really, the room I was allocated was dreadful so dark and dull and I was unable to open the curtains (dark black no net curtains or blinds) as I was on the 1st floor and there was a walk way fire escape outside my window which allowed people to look into the room. The amount of cigarette butts outside the window on the ground was crazy. The food was also so bad we had to find restaurants outside after paying for full board. The staff although nice they seemed to be under pressure which caused long delays at the various bars and reception.
I won’t be returning….

The location if you are looking for the beach and tranquility is perfect, but if you are looking for the noise of the party and so on, we are already talking about 3 km from the hotel. The only drawback that I would put is the food, little variety for a 4-star hotel. Of course, the spectacular views and panoramic elevator!
Pdt: improve the issue of food please; Also take advantage of those tables that you have to put more variety of food and not repeat the same food on each side of the buffet.

Out of 10 I really liked this hotel and its very friendly staff, the pool and my favorite mojitos, the very comfortable bed, the super spacious shower, everything was great, I would return a thousand times 😁

Magnificent service as well as the facilities, the food, could be improved some lunchtime, but very good, and always great attention at reception, and hoping to return next year.
Only request, more soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

The day we checked in we received a lower-level room, which had sticky floors, no bathroom door (only a glass one at the toilet), the wardrobe was situated inside the bathroom, and the cherry on top, there was literal trash on the balcony (cigarette butts, and random sweets wrappers). The view was terrible also, no light since the tower was too tall, having in front of the balcony a large net scattered with thrash fallen from upstairs (broken bottles, tennis shoes, towels). We complained at the reception, since the pictures on the reservation were not matching the reality. We were met with a smug dark haired woman, telling us that we have to pay more for the better rooms (like the one which was advertised and we payed for), and that there were no other rooms to switch to, since the hotel was "fully booked". We asked for the manager, and a calm lady appeared, and she quickly found us not 1, but 2 potential rooms. We switched to a higher-level room, which was clean and had a nice view. Would not recommend this hotel.
