Lovely hotel, very polite and friendly staff. Plenty of entertainment going on for all. Cleaning could be a little better, had to ask for fresh towels a couple of times. But all in all very nice

Honest review here… written how its been 100%.. Check in, nightmare….takes forever they want so many details and there slow really really slow.. Hotel, not really up to much… just your average 3 star… 6 lifts 5 lifts in reception level.. 3 were broken in arrival, NIGHTMARE.. 14 floors lifts were slow, ques for lifts were huge. 1 got fixed left 2 still out of order and 1 never seemed to work at all. This took ages no lie. Security patrolling receptions and pools and dining areas, bands on wrists need to be on and visible, cant go any where in hotel without it on, staff would not let anyone near the pool if it was missing, and sending you back to rooms for passports to get another band at reception. Hotel food average… allot of choice just mixed reviews. Breakfast good, with good selection Rooms clean, air con average Staff, some ok some very rude Security patrolling awful, attitudes, and not nice to speak with. Pools clean but needs updating Loungers/sunbeds seen better days My opinions will differ to others just how we seen it. Nightlife….. well Benidorm is Benidorm We wont be back to that hotel.. or Benidorm anytime soon.
