Very good hotel with good services... the only bad thing is you have to pay extra for indoor swimming pool (and flip flops and cap if you dont have it)

Hotel is good and clean in a good location but there's a huge difference between single room and all other room categories and that wasn't mentioned..
The single room is quite small and with window.. Which doesn't match at all with the room rate i've paid.

The room is well-equipped and of moderate size. The breakfast is good and the front desk service is very good. It is a little far from the beach, but very close to the park and the old town. Overall, it feels pretty good!

Clean bedding daily,The maids clean every day leaving our room smelling lovely and fresh, This hotel is spotless ,The staff are fantastic aswell as the food , cannot fault this hotel at all ,please ignore rubbish reviews people complaining about sun beds ect as the staff are always on hand to help 😀 The coach drops of at the bottom of the hill but its not long to walk up to it, were not to clever walking up hills but we managed this one and will do it again 😀 its a 5 minute walk ,The hotel also helps with mobility scooters ,the beach isn't that far and the old town is only a short walk as with the new town this hotel is situated so you have best of both 😀 the little shop a bit further down run by a lovely Scottish couple who are very helpful and also cheaper than the shop over the road, We had a fantastic holiday 😀 and will definitely go back to the princesa

Loved this hotel, very good value for the money we paid. Food was very nice and to a high standard. The drinks were good we never upgraded on the drinks as we felt the local brands were good. No rush for sun beds as the pool does not open until 10am which was a massive bonus. Staff are friendly throughout the hotel. Would we come back 100% we would.

Trato excelente de absolutamente todo el equipo de profesionales, en todas las áreas. Desde que llegamos, todo fue amabilidad y un trato que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Gracias especialmente a Jordi en recepción; y a Ginés, Monica y Nadine en todo el apartado de animación. Hay muchos otros nombres que nos recordamos, pero sin duda, una experiencia inolvidable.

Just back from our FIFTH holiday at The Princesa. The transfer only took 1 hour with Jet2, we were luckily the 2nd drop off. Perfect high up room as we requested, giving superb views of the pool and hillside. The room itself had had a new bathroom since we last stayed. Plenty of room inside, 3 comfy beds and a kettle. Came with a free fridge too (could had been cooler though). Air con was a luxury, it was a very hot week!! Cleaning staff were great. Service throughout was excellent, happy looking staff, amazing food with plenty of choice every day. Food was top quality and piping hot, there is also a microwave available too. We used beach towels from the spa area - 5 Euros per towel deposit required - a very useful extra. The pool area is open at 10am, an orderly queue formed at 9.50am. We went out of school hols and there were plenty of beds. Location - perfect. A 5 minute walk to shops, maybe 10 mins into town. A great holiday! Highly recommend
