RH Princesa Hotel & Spa

Very good hotel with good services... the only bad thing is you have to pay extra for indoor swimming pool (and flip flops and cap if you dont have it)

Hotel is good and clean in a good location but there's a huge difference between single room and all other room categories and that wasn't mentioned.. The single room is quite small and with window.. Which doesn't match at all with the room rate i've paid.

We are on our last night of our 6th stay at the Princesa and we will return. The hotel is immaculately clean as always, the staff are lovely, the location is perfect. We haven’t eaten much in the restaurant this time, but what we have had has been lovely, especially breakfast. The bar staff are fantastic especially Diego, Marina and William- they are a real credit to the hotel. Entertainment has been ok, it seems to be most of the same acts we’ve seen before. Sad to be going home but we will definitely come back. The only negative thing about the hotel is that there are only 6 non smoking tables on the terrace but about 30 smoking tables- as a family hotel, I would expect this to be reversed.

Late December until mid January. There was still much of the festive spirit atmosphere in the hotel, when we arrived. We booked a family room for extra space and comfort, as this was not a short trip. Initially was quite impressed with the room, two large double beds, flat tv screen, small fridge, free safe, tea and coffee facilities. Ordinary standard bathroom. Decent size balcony, although it was on the opposite side of the hotel to what we requested. BUT, one very strange thing. There was hardly any space for clothes. Small wardrobe with safe inside, and as well as a wall pillar, meant that most of the hanger space was useless. Also, there were no draws for clothes in the room. This room could be really problematical for a family of 4. Happy to forward room number and photos if disputed. During our 12 days, the room was cleaned superbly for 10 days, including o full top up of tea/coffee supplies. The usual cleaner was off for the other 2 days, during which our room was missed out once, and would of been twice, if we had not had a word with reception. That is the grumbles dealt with. This apart, the whole hotel operation was very very impressive. Read the reviews and you will arrive at the hotel with high expectations, and you will not be disappointed. The hotel is immaculately clean, it has a very impressive bar and lounge area, the food and restaurant standards are miles ahead to of most benidorm hotels, there is a very large wellness center that includes two heated swimming pools etc. Many of the guests that we spoke to, had stayed before and in some cases, many times before. That should tell you everything that you need to know.

Brilliant hotel start to finish ,reception staff lovely helpfull,room was clean ,tidy,spacious,food was excellent,location good,special mention to Alex kids club and Yolanda in cleaning lovely members staff,no negatives,have booked again for two weeks in Mayjune can't fault hotel any way
