We stayed at Magic Cristal Park, Benidorm, from 27th August – 3rd September 2025. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The negatives: • Staff: Reception were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Complaints were brushed aside daily. • Cleanliness: Plates and glasses still had food on them, vomit left in hallways, dirty sheets, bins not emptied, no sheets for the sofa bed, and we even had to take toilet roll from the cleaner’s trolley. • Food & Drink: Food was cold and inedible. Bar queues were 20+ minutes. The “snack bar” was literally a tub of crisps and nuts. Despite paying all-inclusive, we had to eat out most of the time. • Safety: Our 5th-floor room had a broken, unsafe window. There were exposed wires, loose lights, a broken shower head, dangerous stair rails, and one lift out of service, leaving overcrowded stairways. At one point, the hotel had no running water – when my daughter was sick, reception just handed me towels instead of helping. The bathroom also stank of sewage. • Facilities: Gym closed to guests, pool dirty and closed for a whole day, minibar not stocked or replenished as advertised. • Room: Tiny and unsuitable for a family of four, with beds crammed together. The only positive: Location close to the beach. we expected a safe, clean, all-inclusive family holiday. Instead, this hotel was unsafe, unhygienic, and nothing like what was advertised. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — avoid at all costs.

We had cleaners in and out our room moving our stuff about when we asked we didn’t want our beds cleaned I had things missing my lose change and an Apple Pencil for my iPad was missing and packets of sweets…..

AVOID THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING HORRIBLE DIRTY SMELLS NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER OR BATH FRIDGE IN ROOM DIDNT WORK STAFF ARE RUDE WE BOOKED THE WITH LOVE HOLLIDAYS AND THEY ARE JUST AS BAD WE LOST ALOT OF MONEY AS WE PAID TO STAY ELSE WHERE

Nadie avisó que no funcionaba el ascensor en la tercera planta del garaje y pretendían que subiéramos por las escaleras con mucho equipaje después de estar esperando que alguien bajara a buscarnos . Un hotel de cuatro estrellas que no las merece , la habitación es grande pero el baño necesita un buen arreglo . El desayuno bueno. No repetiría ni recomiendo esperaba mucho más para 4*

MARAVILLOSO!!!! Como cada año no dejamos de visitar nuestro hotel favorito, céntrico, familiar, muy limpio y loejor, con muchísimo entretenimiento para mí peque, que lo disfruta con el equipo entero de animación. Gran variedad de comida, paella en la piscina a medio día, snacks en el bufet entre horas y unas amplias y comodísimas habitaciones con unas camas muy cómodas. Nosotros siempre disfrutamos muchísimo desde que llegamos, y luego con Nai, Nau, Sonia, Rosamari y todos con actividades, y en el Game con las videoconsolas es como volver a mí época de recreativos jajaja, vamos un no parar!! En el comedor siempre Estela y Mourat encantadores y en la terraza todos los camaros muy armables. Kati de camarera de pisos de la tarde un amor. De nuevo nos vamos con ganas de volver así que hasta pronto! Un abrazo enorme de "Los Manueles" Solo me gustaría decirles que valoren el volver a abrir la terraza para los tardeos con un poquito de música tranquila y tomándote algo allí arriba... Hace un par de años estaba abierto la verdad que lo disfrutábamos por las tardes.

Yes the hotel is old and dated but kept very clean Had room 103 was perfect. Spent most of my days on the fantastic roof top terrace. Found the staff very friendly .special shout out to Anita,Sonia liana, and all the bar staff who all work very very hard The hotel is due a full refurb late next year. For a 3 star Spanish hotel it suits me perfect and can't wait to pop back in next couple of months see you all soon Thomas
