Muy buen hotel buena ubicación y muy buen personal muy buena animación para mis niñas somos de Alicante y hemos venido a pasar unos días lo peor del hotel que le hace falta un lavadito de cara la piscina pone en la grande y quitarle las bañera que están muy viejas de los demás la comida bien y todo perfecto volveremos muy rápido y prontito

Hemos estado en familia 2 adultos y 2 niños 4 noches. El último día de estancia ( ayer) hemos salido a las 10 de la mañana de la habitación y hemos vuelto a las 20h aproximadamente. Cuando hemos llegado no habían hecho la habitación , ni cambiado toallas , ni repuesto minibar. Bajo a recepción, lo digo. Me dicen que suben en un momento. Suben y dejan unas toallas y reponen el minibar. Bajo otra vez a decir que ni siquiera han barrido ( las camas ya las he hecho yo) , arena en el suelo, en la bañera.... Me dicen que por las tardes no hacen las habitaciones, les digo que por la mañana tampoco lo han hecho. Ni una disculpa, solo que lo comunicarán a dirección y que me llamarán al día siguiente. ( no me han llamado y mi estancia ya ha terminado) Tampoco me Dan una escoba para barrer yo, tenemos que estar el resto del día y la noche y mañana siguiente hasta irnos con la arena por el suelo. OJO!!, enteraros bien de cómo va el tema de la entrada del coche por bajas emisiones ya que no te lo explican bien en recepción. El resto de la estancia, hasta ese día iba bien, buffet correcto acorde a las estrellas y el precio que pagas. Los camareros del bar jardín un poco desagradables. Los chicos/as del magic play ( zona juegos) muy agradables. Piscina pequeña.

If you are after 4*/5* luxury then Cristal Park is not for you, but if you are after a good solid family holiday then it is. I saw and heard a lot of negative comments about it but we had a great time. The staff were courteous and friendly, it was clean and welcoming, if a bit tired looking. The drinks choice was excellent and the food good with a lot of choice, we all found something to eat at every sitting. The pool was undercover but we were glad of that on the really hot days. Overall we had a great holiday. Special mention to Ivan, Raul, Estella in the restaurant and Nate in the bar. The one negative we had is that the Magic Cafe needs to be made more inviting and better promoted around the hotel and better signposted.

We are here now in room 437 after two visits to reception to talk with a young girl. No help. We are nosing getting in touch with our reps @ Easyjet. I’m a disabled person EasyJet are aware as I’m ambitious lifted to plane. The hotel had previous email re my condition. I have to walk virtually the whole length of the hotel from the lift to my room 437. Also negotiate 2 small flights of stairs, reception no help let’s see what EasyJet can do. I can’t even manage to get on to the balcony re 3 single beds in a properly that’s ment tor two. HELP PLEASE, BE WARNED

We stayed at the Magic Crystal Park hotel benidorm from July 8th-15th It was the worst holiday experience i have ever had. The hotel was the worst I could remember staying in. Out dated and very unclean in places, especially the reception area. Both our boys, ages 8&5, were sick and had diarrhoea from food poisoning. Our youngest boy violently sick over a 24-hour period. On the evening of Sunday, 13th July, I had pork ribs for dinner. I awoke the next morning with stomach cramps and violent diarrhoea. I was ill and bedded most of the day. This hotel is extremely overcrowded 90% were Spanish guests. The hotel was plagued with youth football teams, making the hotel very noisy and chaotic.Lifts were practically unusable due to the volume of people in the hotel.

Los empleados muy amables aunque mucha cola en recepción. Las de animación increíbles, Sonia, Nau y Rosa Mari, que nos facilito la estancia y las miles de dudas que traíamos. Volveremos!

Recomendaria este hotel apenas pela comida. Excelente na qualidade variedade e quantidade. A nível de staff deixa muito a desejar. A limpeza é suficiente e diária. Mas a nível acústico é muito mau. Precisava de intervenção a nível das janelas para minimizar o barulho da rua e o sistema das portas a fechar é terrível... Hotel muito grande e pouca capacidade para acolher tanta gente , tanto na recepção como nos espaços comuns.
