I was initially in room 507, the noise from what I assume was the pool above was awful. I was moved with no issues however. I paid extra for a balcony. If you want a balcony make sure its at the back of the hotel facing the sea or you'll get no sun. The rooms are clean and a good size. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. If you need a decent hairdryer take your own. The one in the room isn't very powerful. The hotel is in a great location, short walk to the front and to the heart of the old town. Transfer dropped me about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were great, friendly and helpful.

Don't understand why people book a hotel in the heart of the old town, then expect a view like the hanging gardens of babylon. There were always going to be other properties in close proximity. We were all inclusive but didn't really get the full benefit but the meals we did have were fine. Good choice of dishes. Rooms were really good, comfy beds. Location was perfect and all staff were friendly. Will definitely be back. Don't let the moaners put you off.

Wasn't sure what to expect as very cheap for 4 nights all inclusive,loved it,food fantastic always fresh and piping hot,the drink selection was amazing and they certainly didn't scrimp on the measures,all branded drinks as well,the staff were really welcoming,yes it's a little tired and dated in places and you don't always get a room with a view,personally this didn't bother us at all as we hardly spent any time in room,perfect little hotel in the heart of the old town,will certainly be back

clean, comfy bed, nice food, not a quiet hotel, you can hear people in other rooms weeing, showering, breaking wind, very thin walls, room had a view of private accommodation , clothes lines, dogs barking, big nickers hung out on clothes lines, some staff nice, some not so nice, won,t be returning,

Poor view from my room it was someone home with all their washing over the balconies and I agree boring nightlife .. on the plus side brilliant location in the beautiful old town and only 10 mins walk to the nightlife.. Lively food and a great selection of drinks .. Staff were great .. I would stay again but pay the extra and book a room with a balcony

Great location, nice room, comfortable bed, extremely clean throughout. Enjoyed the food both Spanish and English, lots of fish, good variety. Very reasonable bar prices too. Entertainment poor but within this location so much around you to choses from. 3 mins to the beach. I enjoyed my stay and would return.

I was put in a room that felt like a prison cell I had to put my head out of the window then look up 5 flights to see the SKY it was absolutely stifling I asked for a fan as they don't put a/c on till later in the year the fan just sent hot air around the room NEVER been in hotel without outside space before apparently I was in the middle of the hotel

Hotel very nice , good location next to beach been twice now . LUCIAN on Reception was very nice and helpful he was best one . Only thing let's it down is Entertainment. Needs some updating. Food was good variety, Recommend. Lovely trip to Alecante.
