Hotel Avenida

I had a great nine days at the Avenida. My room (431) was so comfortable and I have to thank the housekeeping team for looking after me so well. The level of cleanliness was excellent, and all staff in all departments seemed genuinely happy to help. For me the location was perfect, right in the heart of the wonderful old town. I will return for sure.

So we're currently staying here at the moment self catering we all went for dinner which we were paying for soon as the lady seen us she gave us funny look... but no one told us about taking the card we had the key to prove that we were staying in the apartments she almost took the money then seen the Spanish behind us totally let them in whilst we were stood there made us feel like clowns as everyone was stirring to then go of obv get her manager to tell us you need the card to see if we full board half board etc what's the difference if were paying!! I don't see the issue but we were made to feel the English are not welcome I've stayed at avenida 3 times now first time trying hotel but can I honestly say I'd return to avenida no I can't say I will

Stayed here several times always A nice stay. Friendly staff and most importantly comfortable beds. Food ok god selection Lounge bar needs a refurb but i like The 1970s feel to it. Night entertainment is ok and laid back I usually do all incl here as it seems good value. Enjoy!

This hotel is the n a good location and within walking distance to the beach and bars. It’s close to shops and everything you may need. Food and drinks are goid something for everyone, and freindjy staff.

Very pleased with our stay last week. Excellent food, staff very friendly, room cleaning excellent. The only thing that I would say is that the walls are very thin, no noise proof for sure. We could hear the lady next door’s phone conversations! Also, we were on floor #1, and despite being low season (February) we had a few night where it was busy outside, and were disturbed by the street noise. Being on level 5 would be better. Entertainment is low key, great if you are a ballroom dancer, but I guess it catered for the majority of guests (we could say we were amongst the youngest!). This is why I have it a 4 out of 5. The hotel is perfectly located- close to the beach and bars, shops. We would use this hotel if we were to come back to Benidorm. Plenty of walks to keep you occupied- along the seafront. Also make sure to visit Altea, 1.80 euro on the bus (bus 10, every 15 min) definitely worth a visit.
