Great location. Small but very comfortable studio for someone who wants to spend a few days in the city. The studio has been completely renovated, from the bathroom to the appliances, everything is new!
Studio B does not have a bed, it is a two-seater sofa bed, but that does not make it uncomfortable.
I will definitely stay here again!

Lo mas destacable es la suciedad. Estabamos en el piso 19. Daba mucho asco. Solo habían cambiado sábanas de la cama y pasado un poquito el baño. El resto ni pasar aspirador. Me encontré una uña pintada de otra mujer, un bastoncillo.... por supuesto bajé al super mas cercano y compré de todo y lo dejé yo limpio como debía estar cuando llegamos. Llamé a la persona que lo gestionaba para pedirle también toallas para los tres y sábanas para el sofá cama que por cierto no le cabía mas arena. Y supuestamente al dia siguiente de 11 a 12 iba alguien a limpiar el apartamento al, bien pues las sabanas me las dejaron tiradas en la entrada cuando llegue de la playa y las toallas me las subió una chica sobre las 9 de la noche pero por allí no apareció nadie a limpiar al dia siguiente. Ah y las escusas dd la señora por no estar limpio el apartamento madre mía, no se eclaraba, que nos lo habian entregado muy pronto, que no habian podido pasar a limpiar pero si habian cambiado la cama y medio pasado el baño por encima pefo no les habia dado tiempo a barrer.... en fin. Cuando llegamos te deja la llave un señor de la empresa Rosemberg aunque tú te pones en contacto con una señoras. Para empezar fue un poco cachondeo el llegar a vernos con el señor, parecía que nos estaban vacilando. En el anuncio marca que tienes parking descubierto, que es verdad, pero solo si en el momento que entras hay plaza. Sino a aparcar en la calle. Los ascensores un cachondeo, uno de ellos (hay 3) estropeado y otro de los que funcionaba fatal. Lo único bueno, ni un solo ruido.

We stayed here as a group of 10 in May for our end of season football do. Having read some of the reviews prior to travelling we were a bit concerned as to what we were letting ourselves in for but we needn’t have worried. The apartments are house in a shared block mixed between holiday let’s and residential, the apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we needed and was clean and tidy. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with a double bedroom and pull out sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment had a fitted kitchen and walk in shower. The room had a fitted safe, an iron and and ironing board. The balcony was fully furnished and included a clothes aired. We had to leave a €200 deposit per room on arrival but this is returned on the day of departure as long as everything is left as you found it. The location was perfect for us, close enough to the nightlife without being noisy at night, I’d read reviews of the apartments being in a seedy area of town but this isn’t the case and I’ve certainly stayed in more seedy areas of Benidorm. The pool is communal and we were able to use this during our stay, like everything you need to be respectful of the rules and of the day to day residents,l or you risk ruining it for everyone. There is a pub, The Mad Munk, on ten ground floor of the block, we went here for pre drinks every night, the owners were really friendly and helpful and the prices were very good to. The test for me for any hotel/apartment is would I be willing to stay there again? The answer is yes I would, I suspect in summer the rooms could get a bit stuffy due to not having air con but there was nothing that would put me or our group off using these apartments again.

Stayed here while on a stag do, 10 lads and wasn't expecting much after seeing reviews! But location is ideal, it's comfortable, clean and yeah it needs a bit of updating but they're starting that now by the looks of it! Be sure to be careful how many people you pack into the lift, we were over weight limit and got stuck from 4am to 5.30am after a great first night and ended with police, fire brigade and ambulance coming to the rescue lol to pull us out. Some brilliant and cheap bars nearby and a shop right underneath best bar was Sabor over the road for closeness and great food and drinks so cheap!!

Could not gain entry for over 5 hours, nowhere had a key and where we were told to collect it, hadn't had one for over 2yrs. The manager Natalie lives miles away and nobody could get hold of her. By chance an employee was entering the building and we managed to speak with him and finally we had entry. We were on a hen do and meant to meet the group at 6, but that didn't happen. Appartment: No clean towels, waited a whole day for more. Bedding clean Shower drainage was awful, it flooded the appartment out everytime we used it, even though we found the same employer again to sort it out, it still wasn't fixed properly. If they just addressed the key situation and get a 24hr receptionist to enable paying customers to get into thier rooms and fire Natalie, the manager for her poor managerial skills.

Apartamento con muy poco mantenimiento. Utensilios de cocina y fuego muy básico. Cajones rotos, enchufes descolgado de la pared.. Hay un aparato de wifi pero no funciona. La tv no se ve ningún canal. Y muchas más deficiencias… Cuando contratas pone que incluye garaje, cuando llegas y pides la llave del garaje te comenta la encargada de los apartamentos que está todo completo y que aparques el coche en un descampado de arena.. Nos sentimos engañados. Nada recomendable hasta que mejoren las instalaciones de cada apartamento. Lo único que se salva es la ubicación y la zona que rodea el edificio.
