This hotel is the best we have ever stayed in in Benidorm you could not find fault of any kind .The food is first class and always hot,drinks are premium brand with large measures,staff are all very friendly and helpful.The hotel is very close to the old town and great public transport nearby,a very short walk to Levanti and Poienti beach so a this time of great for a walk.The bathrooms in the rooms are a bit quirky not to my taste but you get used to them.You door key is fitted to your wrist I.D so you never forget your key which is a great idea.

Amazingly clean not like some hotels that i have been to in Benidorm over the last 30 years. Pilar on main desk is a star 🌟 no thing of to much trouble. Virgina is keeping are room spotlessly clean. Much appreciated. The drinks are branded drink Not local on the all inclusive. It's a situated a stone's throw away from the old town which is very nice for a walk at night. The coffee's are nice which is not always the case at the hotels. The only small minus is the pool area could be a little bit larger.

We are still here at the hotel at the moment, unlike the other reviewers, we don't have any problems with the glass partitions, most of the hotels we've been to that have been updated seem to follow the same way, opaque glass rather than a blank wall, it gives you the feeling of space, as for the toilet, ours was situated behind a wall with an opaque sliding door so you couldn't see anyone in the loo...most people are couples and over 18,so sharing a room like this....it has no issues for me!!! You are still private in the shower and the loo, so don't be put off by these comments, the hotel is very clean and the rooms looked after well by lovely staff...clean towels and bedding no problems. The reception staff were a joy and seemed to be quite happy to welcome you to their hotel, we absolutely loved the idea of having a chip attached to your wrist band, this you swiped across the door like you would a key card...No chance of losing your room key!!!! Fabulous!! The food was definitely geared towards British guests and in my opinion very good more important Hot 🔥 the staff in the restaurant have got it off to a fine art, clear the tables but do not hover to clear even at busy times, the bar was well stocked with beers, wines and spirits no queuing and all the staff serve with a smile. The entertainment was good, 3shows a night, what more could you want, unfortunately the Spanish girl singing all the oldies last night was marred by a British man showing himself up by shouting RUBISH I think the whole of the audience took exception to his outrageous comment and showed their disapproval for him by giving the young lady a standing ovation, it doesn't show us British in a very good light, you know who you are and the next time the entertainment may not be to your liking, just leave the room and let us enjoy the evening without being shown up. We met some really lovely couples in the time we were there and hopefully will return next year to carry on where we left off. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel who helped us to enjoy our stay. Would recommend any one to stay here, give it a go ...ENJOY .

Booked this hotel as an all inclusive deal through Jet2, and had no idea what to expect as this was a lifetime first. It was a most informative experience which I might repeat knowing what I know now. The hotel certainly isn't what you'd expect for 4 stars in the UK, although some aspects were outstanding in particular the quality of the food. I booked a 'superior' room which was a good size but very very tired. The oddest thing about the room was that the sink was in the room with you, separated from the beds by a glass screen. The loo had an opaque glass sliding door which was also a bit weird. The TV was an antique with extremely limited channels and poor quality streaming. The beds were comfy and the room quite clean. The big issue throughout the stay was their aircon and heating, not just in the room but throughout the entire building. The room was cold so they gave me a fan heater. Again, not exactly 4 star standard. The large lounge was often cold too and the aircon seemed to be precipitating lots of coughing and dry throats. These issues were explained many times to the reception desk which precipitated various excuses/reasons. I hadn't realised that there was on-site entertainment - I say entertainment but this would contravene the trade descriptions act, as most of it was utterly appalling with a couple of noteworthy exceptions - Martin Kent and Pablo Bloom both of whom were brilliant. Would I return? Maybe. But I'd bring along an IPTV box and return in a warmer part of the year. As for value - yep, good value but too many issues for my liking.

The hotel looked clean and tidy from outside reception was very inviting reception people very friendly helpful and knowledgeable our room had everything you would want towels and sheets changed regularly the food is amazing couple of dishes are cooked by the chef fleshly, tables changed quickly and plates etc taken away straight away very efficient staff

We were allowed to stay in room 121 for a few days. We were very well received. The rooms are clean and were serviced daily. The hotel is wheelchair-friendly. The food is very varied. Pilar from reception made sure that even our last day became a nice memory.

Had a five night stay, lovely welcome from the receptionist, given the low down on the hotel and had wrist bands attached, great idea to have the room "key" in the actual band, saves messing about looking for the key card etc Like other guests have stated it really is quite odd to have a see through sliding door in the toilet cubicle, not sure why this needs to be so All the staff are helpful and efficient, the food is well above average for an "all inclusive" buffet with plenty of choice and show cooking at each mealtime, premium drinks available at all times Unfortunately all of our party were struck down with a vomiting bug mid way through our stay,and we had only eaten in the hotel and talking and listening to others we weren't the only ones, at lunch and dinner there was always a staff member at the entrance to the restaurant ensuring hand gel was used by each guest, unfortunately this didn't happen at breakfast time and we saw some guests not bothering to clean their hands and in fact one morning we saw a chap walking in blowing his nose then proceed to pick up the porridge ladle!! We know the management have no control on some of their guests habits , it is a shame that the hand gel issue is not mandatory at all meal times, When the lady cleaning our room found out about our illness she informed the reception desk and we had phone calls enquiring how we were and if there was anything they could do, which was thoughtful There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool and a noticed attached to each regarding saving these with towels etc The two nights we were in the bar the entertainment was very good, especially Pablo Bloom Apart from the illness issue we would return if only to enjoy the experience

Firstly all staff all staff in every department are very professional welcoming and helpful in fact outstanding,the hotel is kept exceptionally clean inside and outside,food is good always something which we liked plenty of choice,drinks all good 👍, location could not be better everything you could possibly need is a minutes walk away,our room was very good and cleaned through out daily our reasoning for only giving a 4 rating is the screen between the bed and the washing and showering area was see through which we thought should be solid for privacy, saying that we highly recommend this hotel we definitely will be going again asap
