Slecht onderhouden kamer, airco werkte niet. Zwembad is heel erg slecht onderhouden, oud, niet prettig. Absoluut geen 4 sterren waard , is een echte afrader. Ontbijt was gevarieerd, maar slechte producten, slechte koffie, jus d orange niet te drinken. Een echte afknapper. Nooit meer

Ha sido nuestro segundo año de vacaciones en este hotel y nos ha vuelto a sorprender. Nada más entrar te reciben con una sonrisa amable. Las habitaciones limpias, la comida de buena calidad y mucha variedad, Tienen fuente de chocolate, que nos ha encantado, noche de temática italiana, española. Destaca sobre todo la amabilidad de todo el personal tanto de comedor, cafetería y las chicas de limpieza. Sin duda repetiremos otro año más. Gracias por otras inolvidables vacaciones

Clean hotel, good food, nice enough pool. Evening entertainment geared towards Spanish residents. Tonight, mainly English... Entertainment is geared towards Austrian /German guests? Although none are in residence!! Laderhosen needed to fit in, in my opinion. They need to gauge who is staying and adjust entertainment accordingly... No complaints otherwise.

As a black couple did not feel welcomed lots of starring from staff and visitors Food was awful Under beds very dusty Pillows flat Lift was very small Entertainment was awful Gym was useless Roof top pool area was not very clean Only 1 toilet very dirty

First impressions were very good. Bar, lobby and bedroom all very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Half hour walk at least to new town but lots of places round the hotel to walk to. We were never disappointed with the food, good selection and something for everyone. Drinks were good. Cocktails were very nice. Just a tip the pool has a small shallow area and then it goes very deep very quickly so if you are not a strong swimmer be aware. Only things that were a disappointment were the pool could do with a good clean. The tiles turned our swimwear green. Also there is not enough sun beds. Most were broken, could do with an investment in more.

The hotel staff were great especially Gonzallo absolute legend shame he wasn’t at the pool bar all holiday really suited it up there. Anna was also a brilliant entertainment she even tried teaching us Spanish. There was another barmen and bar 2 other bar women that were great but they were downstairs at the time of our stay wish i could give names but i cannot remember. Food wasnt for the whole group but only on certain days after first two the food was fine for everyone some days theres not loads you like but there will always be something. Very happy with the hotel would highly recommend
