Estuve allí una semana y el hotel está muy chulo el buffet del desayuno bien las habitaciones bien la piscina un poko pequeña y bueno lo de las hamacas pa tomar el sol una comedia vaya a las 8 de la mañana ya había cola y hasta las 10 no podías pasar a xuna. Hotel con muy buena ubicación en primera línea de playa, el personal es de lo mejor, nos llevamos muy buen recuerdo de Fátima que nos ha atendido en el comedor y en el bar también Clima, entre otros, hacían que te sintieras como en casa. Los espectáculos sorprendentes, por ejemplo un saxofonista en directo en la piscina o durante el desayuno voz o guitarrista también en directo, todo un acierto. La comida ha estado bien, buffett variado y de calidad. Las habitaciones limpias y tranquilas (a la nuestra le hubiera suprimido la mesa y 2 sillas ya que dejaban muy poco espacio de entrada). En global ha sido muy buena experiencia para relajarnos y descansar, repetiremos.

Hotel was clean and tidy, we like to stay at melia and as thi si Benidorm only to be expected not quite the standards we have come to expect, that said the hotel was absolutly more than sufficient for a week, the rooms were clean, tidy and spaciaous, bathroom was a littl etight tho, staff were pleasent and the breakfast tasty, woul happily go back

Lo mejor del hotel la simpatía y amabilidad de los camareros del bar de la piscina, sobre todo de Osti y Javi. Tambien las camas son muy cómodas y el hotel está muy bien situado en primera línea de playa.

My partner and I booked this hotel through on the beach. When booking, it stated there would be a room with either a balcony or a terrace, when we got to our room we were disappointed that we had a tiny little box room with no balcony. Throughout our stay we used the pool and swam in the sea and due to not being able to air our swimming costumes out they started to really smell inside the room. Not having a balcony really ruined our stay here. There is a lack of sun beds within the hotel and therefore it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit in the sun during the day. We had our room cleaned everyday and we found the clean consisted of only the bed being made, our bin was overflowed with rubbish with things such as food wrappers and leftover fruit which wasn’t pleasant after being sat there 5 days, no fresh sheets or replenishment of shower towels. Overall, we felt it wasn’t very satisfactory for a 4 star hotel.

Nothing especially wrong with the hotel it's fine. It is dated, carpets seem old & one lift was out of order for our whole stay so the one tiny lift was not ideal. We had no balcony for some reason tho we had booked one. The cleaners don't actually do much cleaning in the room they make the bed that's all. No changing the towels or even emptying the bin. Long wait to check in as they have only one person on reception most of the time and the process is seemingly long when you've just travelled and want to get into your room. Hardly any sunbeds and they are all taken instantly. I love melia hotels usually but this felt like a real catfish of a hotel, looked good online but really let down by it. Breakfast was alright- good fresh omelettes, could be better at replenishing the food more often. Loved benidorm but would not bother with this hotel again.

Lo mejor Raul, súper atento y cara conocida! Se encarga de ponerle alegría y música al Hotel! También Manuel, pero se jubila. Lo malo es que ya no queda nadie de los que trabajaban, también había mucha gente y como siempre el ascensor principal averiado.
