The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

Gave very shady room and when asked to change room they don't have same category room as well as they don't have immediately High category so they asked me to pay extra fees which was almost 3 times higher which was paid

The breakfast buffet at the Machan at Taj Westend is a Must-do! Not only is the food exceptional in taste and quality, the service is a league apart. Right from the first minute, I felt pampered by Prakash who recommended I start my meal with a healthy Apple, Beetroot and Carrot juice and even brought be fresh tender coconut water towards the end of my meal! These tiny gestures definitely go a long way. Sarvana too, was excellent in his ability to ensure that whatever we ordered was quick and high quality, always checking if we didn’t anything else! What an incredible experience :)

It's an amazing property, doesn't feel like you're in Bengaluru. It has a rainforest theme and beautiful heritage cottages. Had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread. Excellent and quick service by Mohan R and Venkatesh.

I would like to say that that TAJ WEST END BANGLORE the food was not good for the employees and out source wander the food quality was bad … As compare to taj standard….the property is good but the thing is they are not providing good food to outside ODC or vander pls look into it.

Variety of choices for breakfast. Stay was pretty decent. Amazing service by Mohan R and Venkatesh T who have been working here since 38 years, Kudos to the team! The resort is more like a heritage vibe, with cozy cottages, but need a renovation. Staff are very kind and friendly. Service is exceptional. It was a nice stay.
