I stayed here because a friend recommended it. I was very surprised by the wonderful hospitality. It was a very moving experience, from the smiles and greetings of each staff member to the way they responded to feedback from check-in, breakfast, and after check-out. This is a hotel that will make you want to stay again.

The concierge staff, particularly Anil were lovely to me and so very helpful. He arranged a sight seeing trip for me on a rare day off. Their drivers were always on time and all very friendly. The staff at the pool restaurant were very pleasant but you will get slow service. Staff at breakfast seemed irritated by the mere presence of customers and front desk are worse than useless. Water pressure in the shower is dreadful but the every varying temperature of the water at least adds a bit of excitement to the day. Honestly the welcoming smile from Anil each morning and evening is the only thing dragging the rating up to average. It’s only his concierge desk that is actually providing five star service.

Housekeeping by Venkata was great, very attentive and helpful, made sure I had plenty of english breakfast tea available! Was also very flexible about room cleaning times as I had to be in and out at various times during the day. Never had a problem getting additional rellacememt items if I needed them either.

First-class five-star hotel, the facilities are very new and the rooms are large. Opposite is a golf course and the surrounding environment is good. The staff is enthusiastic. When you check in, you will be able to add 150 RMB to upgrade the room and send breakfast. In fact, the price is average.

Feeling pretty good, there is a Chinese restaurant, Mapo tofu 80 yuan, there is security check in, it is quite safe. When I came over from China, I only booked for seven days on Ctrip. By the time I changed to Shangri-La Hotel. I feel that this five-star hotel is almost the same, Shangri-La is a bit more cost-effective, and you can see the city outside the window.

The atlantic inn hotel offers a great stay with excellent accommodation and services. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and pleasant experience. The staff is courteous and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. The amenities are top-notch, and the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. However, i did notice a slight issue with a bad smell in the room, which was a bit disappointing. While it didn't ruin the experience, it would be great if the management could address this to ensure a perfect stay for future guests. Overall, the atlantic inn hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in bangalore. Just a small improvement needed to make it perfect!

The location of the hotel is better, close to the big shopping malls, shopping is more convenient. The fried rice and fried noodles in the restaurant are delicious, which is very suitable for Chinese tastes.

The room service is good. At your service call is always available to help. Laundry and complementary breakfast was also included. All amenities are provided. I was expecting a smart TV but there is no smart TV all you had a setup box and a TV on which you can only see Airtel dish TV channels.

On behalf of the company's colleagues, the location is good and convenient. The service environment is good. The next time the company travels, it will also book this hotel. highly recommended! Colleagues have come back and said that a good hotel is definitely good!

We were in town to attend a wedding and needed accommodation for 2 nights close to the venue. The President Hotel fit our needs quite well. The room is compact/cosy (basically small but not in a bad way) and it could be cramped for longer stays but for 2 nights, it was not a problem. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of fresh food that is mostly good - stick to the popular local favorites and you won't go wrong. They were renovating the 1st floor while we were there so noise was a slight problem during the day but they accommodated our request and gave us a room on a higher floor a little away from the noise. It didn't help much but I did appreciate that they tried. The staff are what makes this hotel a delight. Very friendly, polite, helpful. I asked for help in tying my saree for the event and Maya a very sweet girl was really helpful. This hotel is a good option for mid-budget travelers.
