This hotel is a 15-minute drive from CGK Airport. My friend and I stayed there for one night to rest before our early morning flight the following day. The room was nice and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and quality linens. The staff were very helpful in assisting with my large luggage. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Since it is the beggining of December, the hotel has been beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially in the lobby. The only minor downside was that despite booking a twin room, the bath amenities provided were only for one person, including items like the toothbrush and shower cap.

The staff are friendly and understanding, starting from checking in, and checking out. Amazing welcome experience. I am not sure what's the name of receptionist that serve me on the 28/12? Please check your system to convey my thanks to this lady who is so professional, knowing what she's doing, always smiling, 😊 The checking in is so smoothly.From security to restaurant all staff are properly trained 👍I will definitely recommend to all my staff, Relatives, friends. Arriving at midnight, felt relieved that the hotel only a short trip to start resting after a long whole day journey. The breakfast prepared as early as 6 a.m. suits our appetite and start early to our next destination. Hotel staff are nice and helpful.

Except for the incomplete infrastructure, everything else is very good! Cash can be paid at the front desk, and changing rooms is also very convenient. For communication, simple English speaking is fine, and mobile translation software can be used if that doesn't work!

Stayed here with the family in 2 rooms as the departure flight was quite early. Good location, small simple room but in general it provides everything you need for one night only. As mentioned in other reviews, quite smelly as no windows and you have to use the airconditioning for some kind of breeze which is very noisy. Also rooms are very noisy, you will hear guests departing all night, shower/toilette of your neighbours. Shower is small, but sink did not work at all. Flooded the bathroom after showering for 2min with cold water (Hot water would take 4-5min but then you flood the whole room)

The hotel is close to the airport 6 km away but it took 30 minutes for the hotel shuttle to arrive due to the traffic congestion. Going to the hotel was a lot quicker. Booking on was quick and pleasant and they offered to bring our bags up. Breakfast was on the cold side but pleasant.

The hotel is average. It's convenient to spend a night between flights, but it is a little hard to find the entrance from outside of the airport. The room wasn't very clean. I saw dust, small pieces of dirt, spiderweb on the ceiling, old napkin ball tossed at the back of the wardrobe. The curtains cover the window, except they don't connect to the wall tightly enough and always allow a strip of light to shine through. The air conditioning panel on the wall shines a bright green light at you at night (a common problem in hotels). The AC itself is quite loud, and you need it turned on at all times, otherwise the room becomes too hot. Another source of noise was the room ACROSS the hallway. I could hear what was going on there, in part thanks to my room door not being able to be shut tightly. In fact, all the doors (bathroom door and shower door) don't shut tightly and leave a few cm gap when closed. The towels are small, old, hard and smell unpleasantly. I could also hear the TV (or whatever else) from another room for several hours during the night, which distracted me from sleep. Everything in the restaurant was unclean as well. The floor, the tables, utensils and plates. The breakfast was average, and, funnily, the coffee smelled like dirt too. The only positive impression was made by the staff. They were very polite and professional, helped me with directions and were really nice to talk to. P.S. where am I supposed to put the hand soap after opening it?

Im pleased during my short stay. Hotel is clean, service are good. Staff are helpful and courteous with their greetings and sincere smile. I like their free shuttle service to the airport. Facilities are almost complete with swimming pool, gym, billiards and welness spa plus their unique Durian resto. There is only one glitch that happened in the Rimba Durian resto that the staff have forgotten to placed our food orders, we have waited for 1&1/2 hours until we sense something not right.. staff have asked for apology..but honestly my excitement to have try their local cuisine melts off.. But generally, rating still all good for me.❤️.

The airport shuttle service was disappointing. The hotel staff failed to provide the pick-up location and did not inform me of the shuttle schedule at the time of booking. Although I had provided my flight details and arrival time when reserving the service, I had to send several messages after arriving at the airport before receiving a reply with the pick-up location and shuttle schedule. This left me waiting at the airport for 40 minutes. While the hotel eventually arranged for a private car to pick me up immediately, such a mistake is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The gym equipment is somewhat basic. Given that this hotel is located near the airport, most guests likely choose to stay here because they have a flight the next day. As such, guests are unlikely to leave the hotel once checked in, making the quality of the hotel's facilities even more important. This is an area I recommend improving.
