"Very new hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful. Perfect hotel near the airport. Shuttle service to airport was delayed in traffic so the organised and paid for a taxi to the airport (only 10-15 mins away). Would certainly stay here again."

"A really good airport stopover hotel. The rooms are clean , light and spacious and look out onto greenery. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel has a 25m pool, hot and cold spa pools, sauna and steam room, so you can really enjoy the time you have here. For breakfast there is a buffet with masses of choice. With free airport pick up and drop off this hotel has it all."

"The Hotel was relatively clean, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room i got had a problem with the air conditioning and we end up having to deal with a not-so cold air conditioning for the entire night, given the weather temperature in Indonesia is very hot, this was a big deal. Whoever sleeps in a cold environment, i recommend looking out for this. The staff responded quickly and was very helpful but was unable to solve the problem. Overall was an okay experience. Hotel room looked a bit old."

"I had 10 hours at night in CGK airport while waiting for a domestic flight, so wanted to sleep for couple of hours and get a shower before catching another flight Check in was fast and effective, the pod was pretty quiet, and people are trying to make as less noise as possible Would be nice to add extra hangers in the showers thought Bottle of water in the pod was a nice touch"

"Booked this hotel for the night as i had an early flight. Great location. Walking distance from the airport clean and secure. No phone but there was ipad ti replace. Unfortunately didnt work, cant swipe. TV had to log in, so couldnt watch. No manual to use it. But it is a clean and secure hotel comfortable for the night stay."

However, its location is an absolute winner! It's literally right inside the terminal. After an international flight, it's a mere 5-minute walk, and the signage is super clear. Plus, the complimentary breakfast offered good value for money! Definitely a great choice for anyone transiting through Jakarta."
