Top 5-Star Hotels in Belo Horizonte

Hotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

Excellent location, good facilities, good service, comfortable room although bathroom a little tight, but overall very good. Great breakfast.

The hotel is fantastic, but a hotel in this gate doesn't work the Internet and on Sunday two lifts are not working has caused a great disorder, even more for the event that has had this day ...lamentable

The hotel did not identify my reservation. I arrived at 17:50 to check, but the attendant did not recognize my reservation and refused to deliver my room access letter. When I returned early again I was informed that my reservation was not located, causing a great depletion. After a long debate, access was released. The stay was completely compromised, and I wish the compensation for the expenses

The reception attendant was not pleasant, I had made the wrong booking, and I told her I was going to contact you to resolve it. But she was not careful with my problem just checked in and gave me the key while I was on the phone with you. She was not empathic even a little! So much that the person there said: let's cancel your reservation and do it again to get it right. The location is excellent especially for those who seek closeness to the region of the spark. The room was standard, everything worked well. The entrance to the garage is bad: anyone with a seat or a large car will have a little difficulty, and there are few vagues available to park too. Breakfast very simple and with little variety. The day-to-day event is very expensive for the little that the hotel delivers. It is worth a lot more to host there for the location as the Uber travel would be very expensive to a hotel more remote in days of shows or football games that are high demand.
