Ótimo hotel.

There are too few elevators, the room is quite big, and the breakfast is not enough

The front desk service is superb and the breakfast is unparalleled

Only a little delay at check in, due to the large flow of people.

Excellent, I will stay again whenever I visit the city, beautiful and comfortable, very chic.

The hotel is fantastic, but a hotel of this size does not have Internet access and on Sunday two elevators were not working, causing a huge inconvenience, even more so due to the event that took place on that day... regrettable

Our stay was very short, we only stayed one night! We like it!

Everything wonderful, impeccable hotel. I'll be back soon! Best hotel in Belo Horizonte and the region.

Noisy room

Everything was very good, clean and tidy hotel, everyone was very helpful and polite

Very good room, I expected more from breakfast. I didn't like the empty minibar.

Fiz uma reserva no meu cartão que foi cancelada e solicitei o estorno da compra pois foi debitado do cartão de credito e não reembolsaram o cartao, depois fiz uma nova reserva e só consegui no nome da minha esposa, pq o meu não foi feito o estorno e não tinha mais limite. Dai fiz essa reserva e paguei no cartao da minha esposa, quando eu cheguei, a menina da recepção falou que estava tudo certo e ainda me cobrou o estacionamento. Mas quando eu fui fazer o check out me cobraram novamente a reserva. Paguei em dinheiro e pedi uma nota e paguei. Preciso que entrem em contato com o hotel para estornar ou me reembolsar.
