questa guest house ha luci e d ombre. Sicuramente il personale e gentile ed accogliente, così come la pulizia della camera è asssoluta. niente copriletti che raccolgono polvere, niente moquette. Il bagno è discretamente grande e comodo. ma veniamo alle note negative, non ci sono attacapanni dove appoggiare una giacca, non ci sono ne comodini nè mensole accanto al lettt dove appoggiare un libro o l'orologio. Una unica mensola e molto alta e dal letto non ci si arriva. Non c'è un frigo, non c'è un armadi ma una rientranza scoperta nel muro con qualche gruccia. Manca un qualsiasi appoggio per la valigia o la borsa. la colazione è appena sufficiente, di dolce qualche briosche scongelata e scaldata, non ci sono torte fatte in casa o altri dolci, il salato francamente scardente, qualche fettina di salame e di prosciutto cotto. se vuoi un uovo te lo devi pagare. Per 200 € a notte ( va ben siamo sul lago di Como) francamente mi pare molto miserino. Unica notta positiva la ragazza della reception prodiga di consilgi e molto gentile e la ragazza della colazione anche essa gentilissima e molto rapida.

Great location, beautiful view of lake from their garden. Short walk into town. Nice size room. My only negative is the WIFi was not the greatest in my room so had to go downstairs if I wanted to download anything. My friend had no issues with the Wi-Fi in her room. Breakfast was fine, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cheese, bread, coffee, fruit. Would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.

Feeling at home in Bellagio
We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. From the ferry, we suggest you use mainly roads, rather than paths up the mountain if you have luggage. The walking paths have uneven steps and are quite quaint when just going for a stroll.
We felt welcomed the moment we walked into this homelike hotel. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of the hillsides and lake from above. There were two nice supermarkets within walking distance which had nice selections of cheese, wine, and crackers.
The breakfast was delicious with its typical Italian breakfast of pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit juice, yogurt, and coffee or hot chocolate choices. You could order an egg, but what was out was plenty to eat and displayed nicely.
The bed was comfortable and the shower great. Even in winter we found this a very nice stay.

Clean and comfortable room, we booked with a balcony but it wasn’t necessary as didn’t have any great view. The short cut to walk into town was useful and saved us driving.
We booked as it was the closest and most reasonable place we could book close to bellagio, it was everything we needed. Service was friendly and breakfast was simple but all we needed.
